★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, mandei fazer 3 óculos de grau e os três não prestaram. Erraram nas medidas das pupilas e saiu o verdadeiro 'óculos do Cerveró' um olho para cima e outro para baixo. Eles reduziram os 3 sem custos. Mas passei um mês sem óculos
Terrible, I had 3 glasses made and the three didn't work. The measurements of the pupils were wrong and the real 'Cerveró glasses' came out, one eye up and the other down. They reduced the 3 at no cost. But I spent a month without glasses

Quando recebi o meu óculos percebi que o grau estava errado, fui no meu oculista e o erro foi dele, voltei na ótica com uma nova receita e eles realizam as trocas das lentes de boa, sem nenhum empecilho.

When I received my glasses I realized that the prescription was wrong, I went to my optician and it was his mistake, I went back to the optician with a new prescription and they change the lenses just fine, without any problem.
