★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais adquiro óculos neste estabelecimento. Paguei um valor alto nas lentes e, mesmo seguindo os critérios de cuidados, em menos de 4 meses já estavam riscadas. Ao solicitar a troca, me devolveram com a armação quebrada. Ao solicitar nova troca (vejam o transtorno) à ótica, me informaram que não havia mais da armação que havia adquirido. Conseguiram outro com danos. Como precisava dos óculos, apenas aceitei e pronto. Minhas novas lentes, pouco tempo depois, já estavam riscadas novamente. Um transtorno atrás do outro.
I will never buy glasses at this establishment again. I paid a high price on the lenses and, even following the criteria of care, in less than 4 months they were already scratched. When requesting the exchange, they returned it to me with the broken frame. When requesting a new exchange (see the disorder) at the optics, they informed me that there was no more of the frame that I had purchased. They got another one with damage. As I needed the glasses, I just accepted and ready. My new lenses, a short time later, were already scratched again. One disorder after another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais piso nesta ótica, gastei 1300 em um óculos, me empurraram as lentes mais caras , e não resolveu, eles trocaram a lente , umas duas vezes,não resolveu depois alegaram que tinha acabado a garantia das lentes
I never stepped on this optics again, I spent 1300 on a pair of glasses, pushed the most expensive lenses at me, and it didn't work, they changed the lens, a couple of times, it didn't work after they claimed that the warranty on the lenses was over
