★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos num sábado, por volta do 12h, quando estávamos reformando nossa cozinha, com nosso encarregado pela reforma, que insistia em fechar com um fornecedor conhecido, mas queríamos pesquisar nessa pedraria, que é muito próxima da nossa casa e já conhecíamos de vista há anos. Acho que foi o proprietário nos recebeu, de forma bastante descortês. Parecia desconfiado. Achamos os valores bem acima do que havíamos pesquisado, mas tínhamos reservado um bom % do nosso orçamento para esse importante item da reforma. Considerando a forma como fomos tratados, e como nossas perguntas foram respondidas, saímos convencidos de que ali não seria o lugar certo para fazer negócios.

As atendentes do escritório sabem explicar tudo que tem lá, fizeram orçamento certinho e em nenhuma escolha disseram que a pedra não estava disponível; o senhor que vem medir faz tudo direitinho, a qualidade das peças esculpidas, o pessoal que vem instalar é cuidadoso... Precisei de um ajuste na pia e veio o instalador com um escultor para ajustar no local mesmo. Enfim, pelo tipo de serviço mais bruto, ficamos surpreendidos com o nível de todos os profissionais.
Amazing professionalism! The office attendants know how to explain everything there, they made a correct budget and in no way did they say that the stone was not available; the man who comes to measure does everything correctly, the quality of the carved pieces, the people who come to install it are careful... I needed an adjustment in the sink and the installer came with a sculptor to adjust it on the spot. Finally, due to the crudest type of service, we were surprised by the level of all professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compromisso zero com o cliente, fiz o banheiro la de casa com eles sem problemas, dai fui fazer a cozinha pre orcamento e ja dei um sinal em dezembro antes do natal, depois da medicao saiu quase o dobro, pra cancelar me cobraram 20% do sinal (500 reais), isso tudo em fase de orcamento, resultado, so perdi meu tempo, vou me mudar sem cozinha.
Para marcar essa medicao foi um parto - demoraram mais de duas semanas. Esse é o tratamento pra quem ja foi cliente deles. Fora um individuo chamado Luiz Garcia, esquece das conversas e desligou na cara da minha esposa em duas ocasioes. Evitem ao maximo essa marmoria. É triste passar por isso.
