Péssimo atendimento, desconhecem completamente o código do consumidor e se recusaram a trocar um item com etiqueta que recebi de presente e que foi comprado no dia anterior. Recomendo que procurem outra loja com um suporte ao cliente melhor e nunca na do Botafogo praia shopping.
I wanted to give zero stars, but the minimum is one. Bad service, completely unaware of the consumer's code and refused to exchange a tagged item I received as a gift that was purchased the day before. I recommend looking for another store with better customer support and never at Botafogo beach shopping.
