Pena que somente dão atenção na hora da venda, após isso, não te dão suporte algum.
Tenho convênio médico e optei por realizar o teste de COVID da milha filha de 01 ano com esse laboratório, pois precisava de uma certa urgência.
As atendentes do local disseram que até 24hs sairia o resultado do exame, claro que falaram isso somente pra vender. Liguei para ter uma posição (não me atenderam), mandei msg via WhatsApp, disseram que iria resolver isso, e não resolveram. No final sem suporte, paguei o triplo do valor de mercado e só joguei o meu dinheiro fora. Não recomendo esse laboratório!

I have medical insurance and I chose to perform the COVID test of the 01-year-old daughter mile with this laboratory, as I needed a certain urgency.
The attendants of the place said that up to 24 hours the result of the exam would come out, of course they said that just to sell. I called to have a position (they didn't answer me), I sent a message via WhatsApp, they said they would solve it, and they didn't. In the end without support, I paid triple the market value and just threw my money away. I do not recommend this lab!
