Nao fazem simulação de financiamento, nao informam taxa, nao informa cet, teve a cara de pau de falar que para simular um financiamento e passar a ficha para financeira, tem que reservar o veiculo,
E vc só descobre quanto vai pagar quando chegar o carnê, negócio sem transparência.
A fase é ruim para comprar carro e vc encontra uma loja que acha que faz favor em vender. Aborrecimento na certa, procure outra loja....
Nao a toa tem varias reclamações de mal atendimento.

The phase is bad to buy a car and you find a store that thinks it will do you a favor to sell. Annoyance for sure, look for another store....
No wonder there are many complaints of poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um veículo dia 08/02/2022, na relacionada loja, veículo usado, junto ao gerente Bruno Azevedo. Ocorre que o relacionado veículo (pegeout 206 Placa: LRN-1H67) estragou dentro da concessionária antes mesmo de eu ir retirá-lo após a compra. Tentei um acordo para que a concessionária arrumasse o veículo e não foi autorizado, tentei inclusive conseguir ajuda do supervisor Elcio, porém sem sucesso. Solicitei o cancelamento da compra, onde até hoje dia 08/03/2022, ou seja, 30 dias após o pagamento do veículo o valor que foi pago a vista, não me foi devolvido.
Após a compra efetuei o pagamento de forma rápida conforme solicitado pela concessionária, mas agora para cumprirem com o que foi acordado na negociação essa concessionária não cumpre!
Fujam dessa armadilha!
Empresa não é seria!
Não honram o que prometem.
Não indico nem para meu pior inimigo
I bought a vehicle on 02/08/2022, at the related store, used vehicle, with manager Bruno Azevedo. It turns out that the related vehicle (pegeout 206 License Plate: LRN-1H67) was damaged inside the dealership even before I went to pick it up after purchase. I tried an agreement for the dealership to fix the vehicle and it was not authorized, I even tried to get help from supervisor Elcio, but without success. I requested the cancellation of the purchase, where until today 03/08/2022, that is, 30 days after payment of the vehicle, the amount that was paid in cash, was not returned to me.
After the purchase, I made the payment quickly as requested by the dealership, but now to comply with what was agreed in the negotiation, this dealership does not comply!
Run away from this trap!
Company is not serious!
They don't honor what they promise.
I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
