★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui até o local,fui chamada pela infojobs.Era p/ uma vaga aqui perto de casa. Fiquei um tempo la esperando. Fui chamada ,tiraram foto de vários documentos meus, inclussive da carteira de trabalho,pediram para esperar,e estou esperando até HOJE.

Dia 25/11 compareci na empresa para realizar um processo seletivo, cheguei às 07hrs, fui atendida 13hr e me falaram que as vagas femininas haviam encerradas no dia anterior, pediram para que eu retornasse dia 09/12, então no dia 08/12 liguei na empresa para me informar se estava tendo a vaga para o cargo que eu desejava e feminina, um rapaz chamado Júnior disse que sim, pediu pra mim comparecer dia 09/12, as 07hrs, cheguei às 06:30, fiquei esperando, até que fui atendida e me surpreendi, pois o Júnior disse que não tinham encontrado a minha ficha, ou seja, perderam a minha ficha, realizei outra ficha e continuei esperando, às 10hrs não tinha sido atendida as pessoas que chegaram muito tempo depois de mim, estavam saindo com os papéis necessário para contratação... E eu esperando. Até que desisti e pedir para que cancelassem a minha ficha. Achei uma falta de respeito, pois cada um que está lá, está necessitando de um emprego e não merecemos passar por isso. Obs: muitas pessoas questionando sobre o mesmo fato que ocorreu comigo. Espero que o responsável pela empresa toma as devidas providências, para que ninguém venha passar por isso novamente.

On 11/25 I attended the company to carry out a selection process, I arrived at 07:00, I was seen at 13:00 and they told me that the women's vacancies had closed the day before, they asked me to return on 12/09, so on 12/08 I called at the company to let me know if I was having the vacancy for the position I wanted and female, a guy named Júnior said yes, he asked me to attend on 12/09, at 07:00, I arrived at 6:30 am, I waited, until I was assisted and I was surprised, because Junior said that they had not found my form, that is, they lost my form, I held another form and kept waiting, at 10 am the people who arrived long after me had not been assisted, they were leaving with the necessary papers for hiring... And I'm waiting. Until I gave up and asked them to cancel my record. I thought it was a lack of respect, because everyone who is there is in need of a job and we don't deserve to go through that. Obs: many people questioning about the same fact that happened to me. I hope that the person responsible for the company takes the necessary steps, so that no one will go through this again.

, e ficam postando vaga falando que tem ! Nao recomendo , no que eu puder para alertar outras pessoas sobre isso e onde eu puder recorrer para reclamar e mostra quem eles são eu farei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entreguei todos documentos , fiz exame médico assinei papéis com o dia de treinamento , peguei a rota de posto , no dia que eu entreguei o exame que era o dia de pegar o uniforme pediram para eu ir embora e aguarda ligação que iriam avaliar meu perfil , todos os 4 dias cheguei cedo e sai 17:00 , eu acho que essa falsa promessa de emprego de iludir o candidato não deveria ocorrer , pessimo nao recomendo ... , Vou procurar meus direitos falsa promessa , negligência artg 186

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá , boa noite a todos , venho conta a minha indignação , não com a Empresa RS mas sim do colaboradores que trabalha na área de gerentes a cima , onde trabalhei numa Empresa excelente a Rach 360 Terceirizada não tinha o que reclamar o tratamento e atendimento era excelente onde trabalhei 2 anos e 1 mês na função de Gerente Predial, infelizmente a Empresa teve que ser repassada pra outra, onde foi feito portabilidade para Empresa RS neste período de transação fique que nem bolinha de pinque ponqui tive ate promessa se não tivesse condomínio iria me dar promoção , supervisores me manda para os condomínio pra tampa falta no cargo de zelador onde fazer tudo perfeitamente , sem reclamações nenhuma só elogios , ai depois destes tampa buraco eu ficava na Empresa RS (conhecido como base ) lá ficamos até parecer por com desfalques para que pudesse se encaminhando pra o condomínio , eu moro com minha mãe ela foi atropelada e precisa de cuidado neste período pedir pra empresa que de possível me desse férias até pra ajudar a mim e até a própria empresa rs pra uma recolocação em um condomínio como gerente Predial que é minha função , simplesmente no dia seguinte me mandou embora quando mas precisava fico triste ? com Isso porque não era isso que queria , hoje com minha mãe debilitada e eu sem trabalho , ai corri atras de novas oportunidades na Empresa RS novamente com a vaga de zelador que esta contratando e o que eles fizeram deram a costa pra mim tem alguns funcionários que até me tratou mal um deles me bloqueou (não coloquei os nome deles (as) mas se precisa me procure ) , fico triste porque nestes 2 meses que trabalhei na empresa rs não tinha esta impressão que tenho hoje , no próprio logo tipo fala excelente atendimento , queria saber onde entra este excelente atendimento ? Porque pra mim nao foi ate o último dia não deixei a deseja pra Empresa RS, quem tiver dúvidas liga ao clientes !!! Espero que vocês que fizeram o que fizeram comigo doa na consciência e peça perdão a Deus porque os homens e mulheres são falho mas pra Deus não , porque pensei que nao iria ser assim da maneira que foi me prejudicar quando mas precisei e preciso me dispensaram !!!
Desculpe o texto mas é um pouco da indignação e impressão que fico da empresa rs to triste com tudo isso .
Obs.
A Empresa RS não tenho o que falar , mas o atendimento dos funcionários simmmm...

Hello , good night everyone , I come to tell my indignation , not with the RS Company but with the employees who work in the area of managers above , where I worked in an excellent Company Rach 360 Outsourced had nothing to complain about the treatment and service was excellent where I worked 2 years and 1 month in the role of Building Manager, unfortunately the Company had to be transferred to another, where portability was made to RS Company in this transaction period stay like a ball of pinque ponqui I even had a promise if I didn't have a condominium I would give me a promotion, supervisors send me to the condominiums to cover the lack of the janitor position where to do everything perfectly, without any complaints, only praise, then after these cover holes I stayed at the RS Company (known as base) there we stayed until it looked like embezzlement so that he could go to the condominium, I live with my mother, she was hit by a car and needs care during this period from asking the company to give me a vacation if possible, even to help me and even the company itself lol for a replacement in a condominium as a building manager that is my job, simply the next day he sent me away when I needed it most, I'm sad ? with that because that was not what I wanted, today with my mother weakened and I without work, then I ran after new opportunities in the RS Company again with the janitor vacancy that they are hiring and what they did turned the shore to me there are some employees who even treated me badly one of them blocked me (I didn't put their names but if you need to look for me), I'm sad because in these 2 months I worked at the company lol I didn't have this impression I have today, in the very logo type it says excellent service, I wanted to know where this excellent service comes in? Because for me it wasn't until the last day I didn't leave the wish for the RS Company, whoever has questions call the customers!!! I hope you who did what you did to me hurt your conscience and ask God for forgiveness because men and women are flawed but not for God, because I thought it wouldn't be like this the way it was to harm me when I needed it and I needed it! !!
