★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário de atendimento nos sábados é de 06:30 as 14:00.
Você chega 12:58 e é atendido às 13:03, aí falam pra você que a coleta de sangue vai até as 13:00 só.
O pior que eu ainda cheguei no horário então e a culpa foi dos “profissionais” que não me atenderam da maneira correta.
Mas quero saber qual o sentido de colocarem o laboratório pra fechar as 14:00 e a coleta parar as 13:00 não é mesmo?
Total desrespeito com o cliente.

You arrive at 12:58 and it's taken care of at 13:03, so they tell you that the blood collection goes until 1:00 p.m. alone.
The worst that I still got on time then was the fault of the "professionals" who did not attend to me in the right way.
But I want to know the meaning of putting the lab to close at 2:00 p.m. and the collection to stop at 1 p.m., right?
Total disrespect with the customer.

meu esposo fez exame domiciliar dia 16. 06
Ficaram de mandar pelo protocolo a tres dias .
Esse exame e urgente pois ele tem 2 proteses de valvares e toma anti coagulante por isso a urgencia pois a responsabilidade do laboratorio seria entregar logo o exame evitando danos maiores ao paciente.
Esperando resposta urgente fico no aguardo assim evitando maiores problemas pro Sergio Franco.

They were under the protocol for three days.
This examination is urgent because he has 2 valve prostheses and takes anti-coagulant therefore the urgency because the responsibility of the laboratory would be to deliver the test soon, avoiding further damage to the patient.
Waiting for an urgent response, I look forward to avoiding major problems for Sergio Franco.

Atendentes despreparados nos fizeram ficar quase 2 horas no laboratório para a coleta de urina e no final todo o trabalho perdido! Colocaram o saquinho de forma errada e vazou toda a urina. Depois na hora de tirar o sangue as enfermeiras despreparadas estouraram a veia da minha filhinha e nao conseguiram tirar todo o sangue. Desorganizados tudo que precisavam não estavadisponível tinha que chamar alguém para buscar um horror. Filha pequena saiu de lá traumatizada de tanto desgaste s sofrimento. Não volto nunca as mais!
Horrible experience with my 2 year old daughter.
Unprepared attendants made us spend almost 2 hours in the laboratory to collect urine and in the end all the work was lost! They put the bag in the wrong way and all the urine leaked. Then, when it came time to draw the blood, the unprepared nurses burst my little girl's vein and were unable to draw all the blood. Disorganized everything they needed was not available had to call someone to seek a horror. Little daughter left there traumatized by so much wear and tear. I never come back again!

It is absurd to have a differentiated service line for doctors, with priority even for the elderly aged 81 years. This needs to be transparently justified by the laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problemas com o Sergio Franco, mas estou realmente decepcionada com a falta de bom senso da unidade do Barra Shopping.
Fiz um exame no dia 17/08 e dois dias depois me ligaram falando que meu exame foi extraviado. Fui lá pra colher o exame de novo e me deram um prazo de resultado maior ainda, sendo que eu estou com cirurgia marcada e dependo do resultado desse exame. Entendo que existem problemas e nem questionei o fato de terem perdido o meu exame. O minimo era me dar o resultado no mesmo dia que estava previsto o exame que foi extraviado, dia 30/08, até porque o erro não foi meu e sim do laboratório.Falta bom senso nessa parte.
I never had any problems with Sergio Franco, but I'm really disappointed with the lack of common sense of the Barra Shopping unit.
I took an exam on 17/08 and two days later they called me saying that my exam was lost. I went there to collect the exam again and they gave me an even longer result period, since I have surgery scheduled and I depend on the result of this exam. I understand that there are problems and I didn't even question the fact that they missed my exam. The minimum was to give me the result on the same day that the exam was scheduled, which was lost, on August 30, because the error was not mine, but the laboratory's. There is a lack of common sense in this part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive algumas vezes no Sergio Franco Barrashopping. Acho que é umas das piores. Demoram muito para atender, mesmo com a unidade vazia. Ainda me cobram exames extras que faço gratuitamente em outras unidades. Sempre que posso vou a unidade Freguesia, costuma ser cheio mas o atendimento é rápido e nunca me cobraram nada a parte.
I've been to Sergio Franco Barrashopping a few times. I think it's one of the worst. They take a long time to answer, even with the unit empty. They still charge me for extra exams that I do for free in other units. Whenever I can I go to the Freguesia unit, it is usually full but the service is fast and I was never charged anything separately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao coletar sangue, a profissional responsável por isso parecia não ter muita experiência. Ela ficou passeando com a agulha em minha veia, até conseguir acertar e quando finalmente conseguiu, o sangue quase não saía, fazendo com que ela pedisse ajuda de outra profissional, que tbm ficou mexendo a agulha em mim, sem resultados. Com isso, tive que ser furada DE NOVO, dessa vez por essa segunda profissional (que parecia ser um pouco mais experiente), e dessa vez foi muito mais rápido.
Na saída do exame, a copa do laboratório só possui uma máquina de café que você tem que pedir pra copeira qual bebida você deseja, não me ofereceram nenhum alimento para o desjejum.

With that, I had to be pierced AGAIN, this time by this second pro (who seemed to be a little more experienced), and this time it was much faster.
At the exit of the exam, the pantry of the laboratory only has a coffee machine that you have to ask the maid what drink you want, I was not offered any food for breakfast.
