Deixei um blazer do meu filho para lavar, paguei no dia 19/05 ficaram de entregar dia 24/05, liguei combinei para deixarem com o porteiro do prédio que meu filho usaria o blazer no dia 27/05, e advinhem??? NÃO entregaram, a lavanderia ja fechou e nãooooo entregaram!!!! FUJAMMMM gente sem noção de compromisso!!!! Vou reclamar em todos os canais!!! LUGAR assim tem que fechar as portas!!! Agora vou ter que sair para comprar outro blaser para meu filho para ele usar !!! Absurdo
Lousy laundry !!! Run away !!! NO COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER !!!! I left my son's blazer to wash, I paid on 05/19 they were to be delivered on 05/24, I called and agreed to let the doorman of the building that my son would wear the blazer on 05/27, and guess what ??? They did NOT deliver, the laundry has already closed and nooooo they delivered !!!! FUJAMMMM people with no sense of commitment !!!! I will complain on all channels !!! So you have to close the doors !!! Now I'm going to have to go buy my son another blaser for him to use !!! Absurd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma manta de casal para lavar na sexta-feira com previsão de entrega para terça. Não entregaram. Liguei cobrando r mandaram a manta do mesmo jeito que deixei. Não lavaram! Nunca mais vou usar esta lavanderia.
I left a couple blanket to wash on Friday with delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Did not deliver. I called charging and sent the blanket the same way I left it. Not washed! I will never use this laundry again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavanderia maravilhosa, fui super bem atendida!! Fizeram com que minha preocupação com a lavagem do vestido de noiva fosse zero. Retiraram e entregaram o vestido. Ficou até mais branco, estava amarelado de ficar guardado.
Wonderful laundry, I was super well attended!! They made my worry about washing the wedding dress zero. They picked up and handed over the dress. It was even whiter, it was yellowed from being stored.
