Segunda vez que vou e segunda vez que saio decepcionada. Começa que o atendimento é Horrível: demoraram pra atender depois que sentei, demorou quase 15 minutos pra trazer as bebidas (que já estão prontas), as entradas demoraram meia hora e veio errado e faltando coisa, o combinado então, dale mais uns bons 30 minutos esperando e vendo gente que chegou depois recebendo o combinado na mesa. Tive que chamar o garçom e reclamar. Aliás, o garçom nunca passa perguntando se vc quer pedir algo, vc tem que ir atrás. Experiência de deixar qualquer um nervoso e estragar o que era pra ser um bom almoço.
Sobre a comida: fraca e sem padrão. Como vc manda um combinado no rodízio pra 2 com só 1 peça de determinado sushi? Como vc manda sushi cada hora de um tamanho? Além disso, frisei que queria sem pimenta, veio peça com, falei que queria hossamaki, veio jow, desorganização total. Hot roll morno pra frio, fritura ruim.
Já comi muitos rodízios muito mais baratos e melhores, desde a qualidade da comida até o atendimento. Parece que o dono não acompanha, porque inacreditável deixar o estabelecimento assim.
Horrible.
Second time I go and second time I leave disappointed. It starts that the service is Horrible: they took a long time to answer after I sat down, it took almost 15 minutes to bring the drinks (which are already ready), the starters took half an hour and it came wrong and something was missing, the agreed then, give it another good 30 minutes waiting and seeing people who arrived later receiving the deal on the table. Had to call the waiter and complain. In fact, the waiter never asks if you want to order something, you have to go after it. Experience to make anyone nervous and ruin what was supposed to be a good lunch.
About the food: weak and unremarkable. How do you send a deal in the rotation for 2 with only 1 piece of a certain sushi? How do you order sushi every hour of one size? In addition, I stressed that I wanted it without pepper, it came with the order, I said I wanted hossamaki, it came jow, total disorganization. Hot roll warm to cold, bad frying.
I've eaten many much cheaper and better carvery, from the quality of the food to the service. It seems that the owner does not accompany, because it is unbelievable to leave the establishment like this.
