★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A venda foi uma maravilha, porém o pós venda realizado pelos vendedores da loja de S.B.C foi extremamente péssima (Everton e Souza). Falta de atenção, falta de retorno e com certeza uma falta de respeito e descaso com nossas solicitações. Minhas duvidas foram esclarecidas apenas com o Carlos (Filial Pinheiros). Sempre atencioso, nos posicionando sobre a fabricação dos itens e prazo de entrega, mesmo em meio à greve dos caminhoneiros.
Em momento algum a loja de S.B.C fez contato conosco, nem mesmo para agendamento da entrega conforme mencionado durante a venda.
A entrega já foi realizada, apenas com um item diferente do pedido, mas já se dispuseram em realizar a troca.
Moveis de boa qualidade, mas não comprem em S.B.C, pois é dor de cabeça se você quiser um bom atendimento após sua compra.
The sale was wonderful, but the post sale carried out by the salespeople at the S.B.C store was extremely terrible (Everton and Souza). Lack of attention, lack of feedback and certainly a lack of respect and disregard for our requests. My doubts were clarified only with Carlos (Filial Pinheiros). Always attentive, positioning ourselves on the manufacture of the items and delivery time, even in the midst of the truckers' strike.
At no time did the S.B.C store make contact with us, not even to schedule delivery as mentioned during the sale.
The delivery has already been made, only with an item different from the order, but they are already willing to make the exchange.
Good quality furniture, but do not buy in S.B.C, because it is a headache if you want good service after your purchase.

Gostaria de colocar o meu desconforto diante do atendimento pós venda e do produto adquirido.
