★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone foi horrível, pessoal mal treinado e cheio de condições, falei com Natany, tanta má vontade para fazer um agendamento, que acabei desistindo e agendando no CRB, esse sim, com ótimo atendimento.
 The phone service was horrible, people poorly trained and full of conditions, I spoke to Natany, so unwilling to make an appointment, that I ended up giving up and scheduling at CRB, this one, with great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17/02/2021,Fiquei aguardando por quase duas horas,não fui atendida...exame marcado pra 12hs e até 13.45 nenhum responsável me deu sequer um motivo pra tal demora.Muita falta de profissionalismo e atenção com o clientes Não recomendo.
02/17/2021, I was waiting for almost two hours, I was not attended ... exam scheduled for 12pm and until 13.45 no responsible person gave me even a reason for such a delay. A lot of professionalism and attention to the clients I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj tive uma péssima experiência, fui fazer US do final da gestação com hr marcada, ao passar na recepção perguntei sobre o vídeo e ela me falou que vinha com cd td gravado, então ok, primeiro que por conta da pandemia não pode acompanhante, ou seja nem o pai pode participar do exame, aí exame marcado a 13:30 hrs, cheguei antes e fui chamada para o exame era mais de 14 hrs, aí ao sair o resultado não veio o cd, fui questionar a falta dele e a moça da recepção falou que esqueceu de avisar que o cd tinha acabado, sendo que foi a própria que me falou que vinha com o cd!!! Então falei que pegava outro dia e a msm moça me fala que não fica gravado que só se fizer outra vez o exame, sai de lá sem o vídeo que seria mais para mostrar para o papai pq ele não pode acompanhar!!! Pura falta de comunicação e sensibilidade com um momento tão importante para nós Mamães e papais que esperamos com a maior expectativa para ver nosso bebê!! Sendo que no meu caso não terá outro US para pegar pq esse é o último que o médico pediu!!! Decepção msm!!
Hj had a bad experience, I went to the US at the end of the pregnancy with a scheduled appointment, when I passed the reception I asked about the video and she told me that she came with a recorded CD, so ok, first because of the pandemic she cannot accompany, or be it not even the father can participate in the exam, then the exam scheduled at 13:30 hrs, I arrived earlier and I was called for the exam it was more than 14 hrs, then when the result came out the CD didn't come, I went to question his lack and the girl from the reception said that she forgot to notify us that the CD was over, and it was she who told me she came with the CD !!! So I said I would take it the other day and the same girl tells me that it is not recorded that only if she does the exam again, she leaves without the video that would be more to show Daddy because he cannot follow it !!! Pure lack of communication and sensitivity with such an important moment for us Moms and dads that we look forward to seeing our baby !! Being that in my case there will not be another US to catch because this is the last one the doctor asked for !!! Disappointment msm !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Precisava realizar uma ressonância e me disseram que o convênio demoraria 48h para autorizar. Encaminhei os documentos solicitados, mas se passaram vários dias e ninguém entrou em contato, nem respondiam as minhas mensagens. Quando entrei em contato por telefone, me informaram que estavam demorando por falta de funcionários e que havia 150 pessoas para serem respondidas. Então disse que faria o exame em outro lugar e quando liguei no convênio, descobri que eles nem ao menos haviam pedido a autorização. Negligência pura!!! Procurem outro lugar que trabalhe com seriedade para realizar seus exames!!!
Terrible attendance! I needed to perform an MRI and they told me that the agreement would take 48 hours to authorize. I forwarded the requested documents, but several days passed and no one got in touch, nor did they reply to my messages. When I got in touch by phone, they informed me that they were taking a long time due to a lack of employees and that there were 150 people to be answered. So I said I would take the exam elsewhere and when I called the health insurance, I found that they hadn't even asked for authorization. Pure negligence!!! Look for another place that works seriously to take your exams!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigo marcar por whats, atendentes pró ativas, simpáticas, o tempo de espera é justo, quando possível levamos no mesmo dia o exame. Conduta resolutiva, atendimento excelente.
I can book by whats, proactive, friendly attendants, the waiting time is fair, when possible we take the exam on the same day. Resolute behavior, excellent service.
