★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica em si tem uma ótima proposta e uma vasta gama de exames e especialidades com preços bem acessíveis.
Agora as recepcionistas ... nossa!! tira qualquer vontade de perguntar e de se informar sobre qualquer coisa.
Estamos ali com problemas e não estamos ali para festas e oba oba e elas com aquelas caras fechadas, secas, curtas, grossas e com uma má vontade!! Normalmente vou para acompanhar tias se minha mãe, e qnd elas me chamam dar até desânimo de ser tão mal atendidas e parece q estou pedindo algo em troca !!!
Espero muito que mude esse atendimento!!
The clinic itself has a great offer and a wide range of affordable exams and specialties.
Now the receptionists ... wow !! takes away any desire to ask and inquire about anything.
We are in trouble there and we are not there for parties and wow wow and they with those faces closed, dry, short, thick and with a bad will !! Usually I go to accompany aunts if my mother, and when they call me give discouragement to be so poorly attended and it seems that I'm asking for something in return !!!
I really hope that this service changes !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível , toda a equipe muito arrogante com o pessoal , levei 8:00hs pra ser atendida , péssimos médicos , dizem q aceitam cartão porém quando chega a hora de fzr o pagamento eles não tem a maquininha , só aceitam dinheiro vivo , minha primeira e última consulta lá .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Agendamos uma ultra para ver o bebe e alem de demorar muito ainda nao me deixaram entrar alegando que sao ordens do hospital. A menina ainda disse com minha esposa que eu nao discuti pq nao me importo em ver meu bebê. Absurdo. Nao fizemos o exame e Pelo memos estornaram o valor sem dificultar
Horrible. We scheduled an ultrasound to see the baby and in addition to taking a long time, they still didn't let me in, claiming that it's the hospital's orders. The girl even told my wife that I didn't argue because I don't care to see my baby. Absurd. We did not take the exam and at least they refunded the amount without making it difficult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro dia tive um ótimo atendimentoos médicos atendem muito bem , ao retornar para a consulta a recepcionista foi bem arrogante , mal humorada, para completar fui efetuar o pagamento , falaram que a máquina de passar cartão ainda não tinha chegado , desorganização, todo mundo dormindo em pé, ainda vi uma senhora com uniforme preto sendo grossa com uma paciente.
Lembrando que agente tá pagando , né de graça não, o mínimo que podem fazer e nus tratar bem.
First day I had a great service, the doctors were very good, when I returned for the appointment the receptionist was very arrogant, bad-tempered, to complete I went to make the payment, they said that the card machine had not arrived yet, disorganization, everyone sleeping in standing, I still saw a lady in a black uniform being rude to a patient.
Remembering that the agent is paying, not for free, the least they can do and treat them well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive nenhum problema tanto do atendimento médico quanto aos exames e recepção. Sempre fui bem atendida, quanto a demora no atendimento todo lugar está assim, inclusive em redes de hospitais credenciados pelos planos de saúde. Só para se ter uma idéia, levei meu filho na emergência pediátrica (EMERGÊNCIA atendimento rápido) as 23h no hospital D'or no Méier, saimos do hospital as 5h da manhã!! Meu esposo nos deixou em casa e seguiu direto para o trabalho.
Adoro a Dra Daniele Araújo. A mesma junto ao seu pai, Dr Nélio, fizeram o parto do meu filho. Todo pré-natal eu fiz na Clínica São Camilo, ou seja, 9 meses cliente assídua rs
Fui bem tratada desde a recepção ao atendimento.
Sou muito grata a Deus por ter posto a Dra Daniele na minha vida.
Não tenho do que reclamar da Clínica São Camilo.
I've never had any problems with both medical care and exams and reception. I was always well attended, as for the delay in service, everywhere is like this, including in networks of hospitals accredited by health plans. Just to give you an idea, I took my son to the pediatric emergency (EMERGENCY fast care) at 11 pm at D'or hospital in Méier, we left the hospital at 5 am!! My husband dropped us off at home and went straight to work.
I love Dr Daniele Araújo. The same with her father, Dr Nélio, delivered my son. I did all prenatal care at Clínica São Camilo, that is, 9 months as a regular customer lol
I was treated well from reception to service.
I am very grateful to God for putting Dr Daniele in my life.
I have nothing to complain about Clínica São Camilo.
