★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinca é boa mas a nota mais baixa foi pelo fato de sempre o telefone estar ocupado. Somente tem um telefone. O contato por whatsup eh rapido porem em uma urgencia vc fica tentando o telefone e nada.
The clinca is good but the lowest score was due to the fact that the phone was always busy. You only have one phone. Contact by whatsup is quick but in an emergency you keep trying the phone and nothing.

I was excellently attended at this Clinic, both by the reception team and by the Otorrino Dr. Ieri. The clinic has a great private parking and is very well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Call Center ou Central de Atendimento é horrível. Não falo pelo atendente, mas por NÃO CONSEGUIR COMPLETAR A LIGAÇÃO! Passei mais de 45 minutos tentando falar com a clínica e não consegui. DESISTI. É simplesmente angustiante, tentar confirmar o horário de seu exame e NÃO conseguir falar com a clínica.
The Call Center or Service Center is horrible. I don't speak for the attendant, but because I CANNOT COMPLETE THE CALL! I spent over 45 minutes trying to reach the clinic and I couldn't. GIVE UP It's just distressing, trying to confirm your exam time and NOT being able to reach the clinic.
