â â â â â O atendimento Ă© demorado e mal educado. Como atendem pelo SUS, acham que estĂŁo prestando um favor e nĂŁo garantindo um direito Ă saĂșde. Fui tratado de forma rĂspida, ignorante e desrespeitosa.
 Service is slow and rude. As they attend SUS, they think they are doing them a favor and not guaranteeing a right to health. I was treated harshly, ignorantly and disrespectfully.

â â â â â PĂ©ssima!!! Marquei uma bateria de exames, a atendente disse que o atendimento era por ordem de chegada. Cheguei as 12:50h - quarta na espera. Depois de 3:00h de espera e vĂĄrias pessoas passarem na minha frente descobrir que era hora marcada e que tinha sido informada de forma errada. O atendimento Ă© ineficiente e com total falta de respeito.
Terrible !!! I scheduled a battery of tests, the attendant said that the service was on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived at 12: 50h - Wednesday in the waiting. After 3:00 am waiting and several people passing in front of me to discover that it was an appointment and that I had been informed in the wrong way. The service is inefficient and with total lack of respect.

Infelizmente perdem os profissionais excelentes que atendem lĂĄ.

â â â â â Bons profissionais, mas pouco rigorosos no cumprimento de horĂĄrio de consultas e exames. Tenho audiometria marcada para as 10:15 e jĂĄ sĂŁo 10:05 e o paciente de 09:30 ainda nĂŁo foi atendido. Espero que seja uma excepcionalidade.
Good professionals, but not very strict in complying with appointments and exams. I have audiometry scheduled for 10:15 and it is already 10:05 and the patient at 9:30 has not yet been seen. I hope it's an exception.

As atendentes veem o pacientes como um mal necessĂĄrio, falta ĂĄlcool gel para passar nas mĂŁos e alguns funcionĂĄrios precisam de uma reciclagem profissional. Os pacientes nĂŁo devem favores ao Otocentro, pois pagam pela suas consultas. A educação estĂĄ na bancarrota no Otocentro.
The otocenter has a long, bad and slow service. The attendants see patients as a necessary evil, there is no alcohol gel to pass on their hands, and some employees need professional retraining. Patients do not owe favors to the Otocentro, as they pay for their consultations. Education is bankrupt at Otocentro.

â â â â â Falta organização e desrespeito. Marquei uma consulta com dr. Marcos para as 14:30. As 15:30 ele nĂŁo havia chegado e nĂŁo havia previsĂŁo, outros pacientes esperavam na minha frente e tive que ir embora sem atendimento.
There is a lack of organization and disrespect. I made an appointment with dr. Marks for 14:30. At 15:30 he had not arrived and there was no forecast, other patients were waiting in front of me and I had to leave without treatment.
