Eles não informam nada sobre a entrega de exames, quando fui no site verificar o resultado pois tenho que levar para o retorno com o especialista, aparece apenas como pendente. Estou entrando em contato com a clínica pelo whatsapp desde sexta feira e só ficam enrolando para tentar resolver. Não recomendo! ?
My experience was not so good! They do not inform anything about the delivery of exams, when I went to the website to check the result because I have to take it back to the specialist, it just appears as pending. I've been contacting the clinic via whatsapp since Friday and they're just stalling to try to solve it. I do not recommend! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica muito boa, estive lá hoje, fiz três exames de imagem, no horário marcado, peguei todos os resultados hoje mesmo, só esperei uns 40 minutos para ficarem prontos, todos muito atenciosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, conversei com eles antes sobre o prazo da entrega e ok , todo dentro do prazo que precisava , no dia da consulta o resultado ainda não tinha saído. E liguei várias vezes pra lá e eles só ficam empurrando com a barriga. Não tem responsabilidade com os clientes, profissionalismo zero.
Terrible, I talked to them before about the delivery time and ok, all within the time I needed, on the day of the consultation the result had not yet come out. And I called them several times and they just keep pushing with their stomachs. No responsibility to customers, zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei para uma simples tomografia pelo plano de saude e me disseram que era recomendado alterar o tipo de exame para um que evidenciasse a vascularização. Segundo medico eu deveria sair do consultorio, avisar a atendendo que era necessário tal upgrade de exame. Me cobraram R$ 120,00 reais. No entanto, ficou muito claro que não era necessário e inclusive ele não utilizou o dopler, motivo ao qual o pagamento adicional. Enfim, absolutamente não recomendo.
I arrived for a simple tomography by the health plan and I was told that it was recommended to change the type of exam to one that showed vascularization. According to the doctor, I should leave the office, warn the doctor that such an exam upgrade was necessary. They charged me R$ 120,00 reais. Fui buscar o resultado 1 semana após o podia marcado, não acharam meu resultado, ai 20min p imprimir outro. Nunca mais!
