Só pela educação eu ja estou morrendo de vontade de estudar e visitar Hungria. Os outros consulados deviam se espelhar no atendimento que vcs providenciam.
When I called to ask for student visa information, I couldn't believe the size of the education I received! You guys are to be congratulated! Just for education I'm already dying to study and visit Hungary. The other consulates should mirror the service you provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirei meu passaporte em 2017, e fui super bem atendida. Ligava no consulado e os funcionários eram extremamente atenciosos e gentis. As vezes era atendida por alguém que mesmo com dificuldade de falar português se esforçava ao máximo para ajudar.
Hoje liguei pedindo ajuda para preencher um formulário de casamento, o funcionário não fez a mínima questão de tentar ajudar. Me informou pra procurar um tradutor, sendo que minha dúvida não era quanto ao idioma, e sim ao preenchimento. Como assim não posso ligar ao consulado para esclarecer dúvidas quanto ao preenchimento de um formulário que eles próprios me enviaram?
Fiquei extremamente chateada. Passei uma semana na Hungria no passado e fui bem tratada por todas as pessoas com quem tive contato. Decepcionante ter esse tipo de representação em São Paulo.
I took my passport in 2017, and I was very well attended. I called the consulate and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Sometimes she was assisted by someone who, even with difficulties in speaking Portuguese, made every effort to help.
Today I called asking for help in filling out a marriage form, the employee didn't even bother to try to help. He told me to look for a translator, and my question was not about the language, but about the filling. What do you mean I can't call the consulate to clarify doubts about filling out a form they themselves sent me?
I was extremely upset. I spent a week in Hungary in the past and was treated well by everyone I came into contact with. Disappointing to have this kind of representation in São Paulo.
