 Wonderful experience. I was a patient companion. Spectacular treatment from ALL staff. As if efficiency, promptness and professionalism were not enough, a lot of affection was added. Ah, food, both the patient's and mine, worthy of great chefs, in presentation, variety and flavor.

Excellent Hospital. Good service. Dr Rafael an excellent professional doing a surgery to remove the hernia and appendix. Thanks to all the staff and to take away what is often said that the hospital food here is good indeed kkkkkkk. At least for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez cirurgia no braço e estava com dor tive de solicitar por 2 vezes medicamentos para dor e a equipe me falou q não haviam entregado as medicações até o momento, esperamos por quase 2 hora analgésicos.
Absurdo não haver o mínimo de medicações “básicas” no posto de enfermagem.
Inadimissivel. O nível de dor da paciente aumento mto e era desnecessário isso acontecer. A rede tem q mudar isso imediatamente pois isso não pode acontecer em hipótese nenhuma.
Avise ao ser deshumano q teve esse ideia de girico q tenha esse tipo d atitude com os familiares dele.
My mother had surgery on her arm and she was in pain I had to request pain medication twice and the team told me that they had not delivered the medication so far, we waited for almost 2 hours for painkillers.
It is absurd not to have a minimum of “basic” medications at the nursing station.
inadmissible. The patient's pain level increased a lot and it was unnecessary for this to happen. The network has to change this immediately as this cannot happen under any circumstances.
Tell the inhuman being who had this idea of a girico who has this kind of attitude with his family members.

Minha experiência foi MARAVILHOSA, agradeço a todos da equipe de enfermagem muito atenciosos e o médico Dr. João Vitor muito atencioso e competente. Hospital limpo, organizado comida deliciosa. On 04/27/22 I had a gallbladder surgery, I was very well attended. My experience was WONDERFUL, I thank all the very attentive nursing staff and the doctor Dr. João Vitor very attentive and competent. Clean hospital, organized delicious food. Everything neat. I just have to thank everyone. I am very blessed to be able to have Prevent senior as an agreement. Congratulations to all of Prevent senior. Thank you Sancta Maggiore Santa Cecília hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim. Ignoraram meu Pai de 94 anos. A internação agendada para as 15:00hs, para realizar uma cirurgia de tumor na bexiga,, durante o tempo todo ele em Jejum. Depois de muita discussão e três horas de atraso, ele foi para o centro cirúrgico e lá ficou mais duas horas aguardando para a cirurgia... e ainda por cima a equipe com quem ele estava agendado, não estava no Hospital.
Um verdadeiro descaso.
A família está indignada.
Very bad experience. They ignored my 94 year old Dad. The hospitalization scheduled for 15:00hs, to perform a bladder tumor surgery, during the entire time he was on Fasting. After a lot of discussion and three hours late, he went to the operating room and stayed there for another two hours waiting for the surgery... and on top of that the team he was scheduled with was not in the hospital.
A real neglect.
The family is outraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento de toda equipe de funcionários, simpáticos, gentis, pessoas que fazem a diferença na empresa, que dão o toque de humanidade que faz-se necessário num ambiente do tipo.
O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, tirando um mini potinho com 5 pedacinhos de mamão, um açúcar disfarçado de geleia e um simples café sem opção pra quem não consome leite de origem animal, e um puro e simples pãozinho de água (farinha pura) acompanhado de margarina (estas vagabundos que vem acrescidas com 65%de gordura vegetal), pasmem, entendo que manteiga deve custar caro, mas num centro de saúde onde se oferece gordura vegetal logo de manhã, numa das mais importantes alimentações, é pra ficar decepcionado. E este café é o mesmo do acompanhante, não se trata de uma dieta especial.
Poderia ser melhor no quesito. Dá pra fazer melhor, com certeza, haja vista os preços que pagamos pelo dito atendimento privado.
Good service from the entire staff, friendly, kind, people who make a difference in the company, who give the touch of humanity that is necessary in such an environment.
What was left to be desired was breakfast, apart from a mini pot with 5 pieces of papaya, sugar disguised as jam and a simple coffee with no option for those who do not consume milk of animal origin, and a pure and simple water bun ( pure flour) accompanied by margarine (those bums that come with 65% vegetable fat added), amazed, I understand that butter must be expensive, but in a health center where vegetable fat is offered first thing in the morning, in one of the most important meals, it is to be disappointed. And this coffee is the same as the companion, it is not a special diet.
Could be better in that regard. You can certainly do better, given the prices we pay for said private service.

Meu pai foi internado dia 22/3 às 15 h para uma cirurgia de retirada de um tumor na bexiga .Meu pai tem 94 anos o médico que operou falou com a família após a cirurgia tablete (on-line) um verdadeiro absurdo.Passado algumas horas mais ou menos às 4 da manhã trouxe a alta e à medicação que ele deve tomar.Aí eu pergunto como a alta já estava pronta sem saber como ele tinha passado a noite. Nós pedimos para o médico da manhã dar uma passada pelo quarto para tirarmos algumas dúvidas resumindo meu pai não teve alta pq está com a pressão mt baixa precisava tirar a sonda e esperar para ver se consegue urinar sem a sonda . Achamos um desrespeito com um idoso . Família indignada.

My father was hospitalized on 3/22 at 3 pm for surgery to remove a tumor in the bladder. My father is 94 years old, the doctor who operated on spoke to the family after the tablet surgery (online) a real absurdity. At about 4 am, I brought the discharge and the medication he should take. Then I ask him how the discharge was ready without knowing how he had spent the night. We asked the doctor in the morning to walk around the room to clear up some doubts. In short, my father was not discharged because his blood pressure was very low, he needed to remove the probe and wait to see if he could urinate without the probe. We think it's disrespectful to an elderly person. Outraged family.
