★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no período da tarde, passaram 2 horas e nada da minha senha, fui embora.
Dois dias depois voltei de madrugada, atendimento foi rápido porem horrível, a doutora falava comigo revirando os olhos o tempo todo, seca, como se minha dor nao fosse nada.. me senti horrivel com o atendimento dela.
Ela chamou mais 2 médicos, falaram que eu deveria ir para o posto de saude que ali nao iriam fazer nada.
Estou com dor na costela direita a 6 dias, a dor passa, volta e as vezes fica muito intensa de eu nao conseguir respirar direito, falar e me mexer, voltei para casa sem resolver.

Two days later I returned at dawn, care was fast but horrible, the doctor spoke to me rolling my eyes all the time, dry, as if my pain was nothing .. I felt horrible with her care.
She called 2 more doctors, they said that I should go to the health clinic that they wouldn't do anything there.
I have pain in my right rib for 6 days, the pain passes, comes back and sometimes it is very intense that I can not breathe properly, talk and move, came home without resolving.

Dia 09/04/2021 chegamos no pronto socorro com minha mãe com fratura na coluna e costela, Um jovem médico nos chamou para atender, a consulta era no corredor em pé, imagina minha mãe mal consegue ficar em pé, expliquei o ocorrido e o mesmo me disse que ali não resolveriam o problema dela. Lá não é um pronto socorro de ortopedia? Não entendi nada, o médico disse que teríamos que ir na Upa ou ubs, já vinhamos da UBS indicada bem assistente social, mesmo assim o médico não quis saber, na Upa havímos ido 02 vezes, medicam e mandam pra casa. Não sei mais o que fazer pela minha mãe, ela sente dores dia e noite. Alguém, algum médico pode ajudar ? Como pode uma pessoa com fratura na coluna e costela, não ter um tratamento ? Senhor tem de misericórdia de nós
One of the worst experiences I had with my mother! On 04/09/2021 we arrived at the emergency room with my mother with a fractured spine and rib. A young doctor called us to attend, the consultation was in the hallway standing, imagine my mother can barely stand, I explained what happened and the even told me that there would not solve her problem. Isn't there an orthopedics emergency room? I didn't understand anything, the doctor said that we would have to go to the UPA or UBS, we had already come from the UBS indicated as a social worker, even so the doctor didn't want to know, at UPA we went 02 times, medicated and sent home. I don't know what else to do for my mother, she is in pain day and night. Can anybody help a doctor? How can a person with a fractured spine and rib not have a treatment? Lord have mercy on us

Deveria ter, pior hospital que já fui na minha vida.
Tudo lá e péssimo higiene então nem se fala.
É melhor morrer em casa, acho que é mais digno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não estão dando medicação lá, cheguei com pneumonia! Por ser mais próximo do meu trabalho e por estar passando mal, optei por lá meu Deus do jeito que cheguei fui embora ! Só conseguir dormir de noite depois que sai de outro hospital, e depois de ter tomado três injeções.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca vi um lugar do SUS tão péssimo assim e olha que já passei em muitos lugares. Os médicos podem até examinar sua doença e pedir exames, mas você paga com um show de grosserias e um chá de cadeira de horas.
Se fizer exame então, se prepare, aí não sai mesmo. Se entrar lá de manhã, já vá preparado pois vai sair no outro dia e vai passar fome, pq não liberam nada para você comer. O papo é sempre o mesmo: "Seu caso exige jejum" e assim você segue o baile jogado na cadeira por horas e horas sem atendimento com uma agulha no braço.
Tinha gente no local a mais de um dia sem comer, pq não pode.
Existe uma equipe de médicos, mas todos ficam com os casos graves e os demais, que também precisam de atendimento, mofam esperando alguma explicação, parecer, liberação, internação.
Entrei 12h45 e agora as 22h a médica simplesmente disse que não vai liberar comida e nem a minha alta, pq precisa estar com os demais colegas todos atendendo um caso grave e ninguém ligando para os demais.
I've never seen a place in the SUS this terrible and look, I've been to many places. Doctors can even examine your illness and order tests, but you pay with a show of rudeness and an hour chair tea.
If you take the exam then, get ready, then it doesn't come out. If you go there in the morning, be prepared because you will leave the next day and go hungry, because they don't release anything for you to eat. The conversation is always the same: "Your case requires fasting" and so you follow the dance thrown in the chair for hours and hours without attendance with a needle in your arm.
There were people in the place for more than a day without eating, because you can't.
There is a team of doctors, but all are left with serious cases and the others, who also need care, growl waiting for some explanation, opinion, release, hospitalization.
I entered at 12:45 pm and now at 10 pm the doctor simply said that she will not release food or my discharge, because she needs to be with the other colleagues, all taking care of a serious case and no one calling the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Santa Casa, como todo e qualquer outro serviço público tem suas esperas suas demoras a serem superadas, mas tenho acompanhamento na nuclimagem, serviço de radioterapia para tratamento de câncer em tireiode. Desde novembro de 2019, fui enviado do Hospital Público Pirajussara pela rede CROSS, SISTEMA AUTOMATICO DE DISTRIBUICAO A PACIENTE com câncer e outras moléstias, onde descobriu_se com diagnoatico fechado, pois desde o pós cirurgia no convênio MEDIAL SAUDE pagando 450 00 mes, nunca fui informado que tinha cancer na tireoide. Portanto não morri por milagre e pelos préstimos recebidos pelos ótimos profissionais....Não dou um pingo de valor a CONVENIO, mas sim a todo e bom serviço prestado, ELOGIANDO, DEFENDENTE, PARABENIZANDO E ENALTECENDO TODOS OS PROFISSIONAIS E quando há falha no atendendimento faço uso dos meus diretos, reclamo/ denuncio/ com educação e respeito pois os PROFISSIONAIS BONS NAO DEVEM PAGAR PELOS MAUS que não atendem com carinhoe não executam seus serviços COM AMOR E POR AMOR (PARABENS A TODOS VOCE QUE COM TODOS OS PROBLEMAS QUER PESSOAIS
ESTRUTURAIS OU RECURSOS DEFICITÁRIOS ESTAO A VERVIR E CUMPRIR O JURAMENTO DE HIPOCRATIS)....Hj 20.01.22, acabo de receber alta depois de 2 dias internado após a 2a. Seção de iodoterapia, a todos os profissionais meu muito obrigado e minhas orações.....Cobrar o poder público também é um meio de apoiar a manutenção para um bom serviço.
