★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostamos muito, fomos muito bem atendido. Levei meu cachorro Pistola pois ele estava vomitando, bem amuado, com diarreia e sem comer. Fiquei muito preocupada pois não estava com muito dinheiro. Fomos tratamos super bem, veterinária foi muito atenciosa e cuidadosa. Recomendo o Local, pagamos apenas a R$ 30 reais pela consulta.
We liked it very much, we were very well taken care of. I took my dog Pistola because he was vomiting, very grumpy, with diarrhea and not eating. I was very worried because I didn't have much money. We were treated super well, the veterinarian was very attentive and careful. I recommend the place, we pay only R$ 30 reais for the consultation.

Escrevo essa avaliação chorando!
Estou lutando com meu gatinho ha duas semanas, em desespero, angustia, medo.
As recepcionistas sao grosseiras, incompetentes e muito desalmadas!
Desrespeitaram minha mae que ja é idosa, a fizeram chorar so porque ela pediu para pararem um pouco de FURAR A PAREDE NUM HOSPITAL pq o gato tava assustado (ele é bem quietinho normalmente) e quase arrancando o acesso do bracinho, ou colocar rle em um lugar mais afastado. Ela simplesmente fez pouco caso da situação! e ainda arrumou encrenca!
Sorte que uma veterinaria apareceu e levou o meu gatinho para uma (de TODAS) das salas vazias.
Nunca mais volto nesse lugar e aconselho vc que ama seu animalzinho a nao vir aqui tbm!
A neglect!
I write this review crying!
I've been struggling with my kitten for two weeks now, in despair, anguish, fear.
The receptionists are rude, incompetent and very soulless!
They disrespected my mother, who is already elderly, they made her cry just because she asked them to stop for a while from PUNCHING THE WALL IN A HOSPITAL because the cat was scared (he is normally very quiet) and almost taking the access out of her arm, or putting rle in a farthest place. She simply made light of the situation! and still got into trouble!
Lucky that a vet showed up and took my kitten to one (of ALL) of the empty rooms.
I will never go back to this place and I advise you who love your pet not to come here too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que trazemos o gato da minha filha pra ser atendido nesse lugar. A primeira vez furaram ele todo porque não conseguiam pegar a veia pra tirar sangue pro exame e hoje estamos a 5 horas aqui pra ele tomar um soro (está bem debilitado por conta de uma doença cronica no rim). Começaram a usar uma furadeira e o barulho deixou ele desesperado. Fui pedir pra parar o barulho ou colocarem ele em uma sala longe e a recepcionista me tratou com deboche dizendo que se for assim nao iam fazer nada por causa dos bichos. Gente estou indignada com tanto pouco caso em um Hospital veterinário. Não sei o nome dela, mas foi dia 23/04/2022 às 14 horas. INDIGNADA
It's the second time we've brought my daughter's cat to this place. The first time they punctured him all because they couldn't get the vein to take blood for the exam and today we are here for 5 hours for him to take a serum (he's very weak due to a chronic kidney disease). They started using a drill and the noise made him desperate. I went to ask to stop the noise or put him in a far room and the receptionist treated me with mockery saying that if that was the case they would not do anything because of the animals. People I'm outraged by so little case in a veterinary hospital. I don't know her name, but it was on the 23/04/2022 at 14 pm. indignant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATENCÃO!!! Este local é péssimo. Não levem seus animais neste Hospital, mesmo que o preço compense. Uma falta de respeito e de ASSSITENCIA VETERINARIA ao cachorro que levei.
WARNING!!! This place sucks. Do not take your animals to this Hospital, even if the price is worth it. A lack of respect and VETERINARY ASSISTANCE to the dog I took.
