★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos levar nossa Nala no VetGold do Tatuapé, profissionais excelentes, ambiente excelente, sentimos-nos em casa, principalmente a Nala Maria, que foi acolhida, cuidada com muito carinho de todos, mas infelizmente ela já virou estrelinha, mas ela amava o ambiente e as pessoas.

Graças a Deus, a São Francisco de Assis e ao Vet Show Gold minha Coca está bem novamente e fazendo o tratamento em casa. Obrigado a todos!
EXCELLENT medical team! They've been taking care of my girls since 2010 and now we're going through a delicate situation and, as always, everyone took care of my dog with lots of love, affection and dedication. Thank God, San Francisco de Assis and Vet Show Gold my Coke is fine again and doing the treatment at home. Thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre minha nota a esee estabelecimento: liguei tentando marcar um Cardio para o meu pet e perguntei a atendente sobre os horários do mesmo uma vez que é terceirizado e ela por sua vez perguntou meu horário disponíve,l mais eu por minha vez precisava saber o dia de atendimento do profissional já clinica para encaixar meus horários e ela pegou meu telefone e até hoje estou esperando ela responder. Não tive uma boa experiência com essa rede.
About my note to this establishment: I called trying to schedule a Cardio for my pet and asked the attendant about the times of the same since it is outsourced and she in turn asked my available time, but I in turn needed to know the day of care of the professional already clinic to fit my schedules and she took my phone and to this day I'm waiting for her to answer. I didn't have a good experience with this network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar que não recomendo pra ninguém, hj faz uma semana que vcs tiraram a vida da minha cachorrinha Suzy, deixei ela internada após a alta da cirurgia somente para tomar analgésicos para dor, quando quando fui visitar ela estava ótima sem o acesso andando e sem dor, está estagiária Cauane inventou de cobrar mais uma diária para fazer um procedimento sendo que minha cachorrinha estava ótima, a tarde o doutor Adriano me ligou informando que Suzy teve um arritmia devido o pós cirúrgico, mentira que ele tinha dado alta no mesmo dia pra ela, e os exames dela nao tinha nenhum problema de saúde no coração, sangue etc, sedaram minha cachorrinha sem a minha autorização e como estava nem 24 horas de um pós operatório ela não aguentou de tanta medicação e veio falecer, nem o acesso da minha cachorrinha tiraram mesmo morta vi ela com acesso nem respeito por mim e por ela vcs teve, uma clínica que só pensa em dinheiro que se dane a vida dos animais, como todas são iguais, por culpa de vcs estou a base de calmante, Suzy passando mal e está Cauane me ligando informando que doutor Adriano estava falando tudo que era pra fazer no telefone de medicação para minha cachorrinha voltar desta arritmia nem se importou em ficar lá para acompanhar a negligência gravíssima transferindo para estagiária a responsabilidade, os dois caindo em contradicão por telefone, como mesmo falei pra vcs eu nunca irei esquecer o que vcs fizeram com a Suzy, pior experiência que tive em toda minha vida a qual não desejo pra ninguém o que estou passando e sofrendo, paguei uma diária caríssima de internação pelo porte da Suzy e nem comida digna deram pra ela fora o calor que ela estava lá, nunca mais frequentarei está clínica onde minha cachorrinha morreu.
A place that I don't recommend to anyone, today it's been a week since you took the life of my dog Suzy, I left her hospitalized after being discharged from surgery just to take painkillers, when I went to visit she was great without access walking and without pain , this intern Cauane invented to charge another day to do a procedure and my dog was great, in the afternoon Dr Adriano called me informing me that Suzy had an arrhythmia due to the post-surgery, a lie that he had discharged her on the same day , and her exams did not have any health problems in the heart, blood, etc., they sedated my dog without my authorization and as it was not even 24 hours after the operation, she could not take so much medication and died, nor the access of my dog. they even took her dead I saw her with no access or respect for me and for her you had, a clinic that only thinks about money fuck the lives of animals, as they are all the same, it's your fault I'm the sedative base, Suzy is feeling sick and Cauane is calling me informing me that Dr. Adriano was talking about everything he had to do on the medication phone for my dog to come back from this arrhythmia, he didn't even bother to stay there to monitor the serious negligence, transferring the responsibility to the intern , the two falling into contradiction over the phone, as I said to you I will never forget what you did with Suzy, the worst experience I had in my entire life which I do not wish on anyone what I am going through and suffering, I paid a daily rate expensive hospitalization due to Suzy's size and not even decent food they gave her apart from the heat she was there, I will never go to this clinic where my dog died again.
