★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burocrático para agendar. Sugiro que o agendamento seja mais dinâmico e peçam as informações como numero de carteirinha, cpf e CRM no atendimento presencial bem como as guias devidas.
Bureaucratic to schedule. I suggest that the schedule is more dynamic and request the information as ID card number, cpf and CRM contact hours as well as the necessary guides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrivel! Total descaso com o paciente, que que paga pelo serviço e fica mais de 2h de espera para atendimento que estava agendado. Ninguém sabe informar ou esclarece nada!
Se a unidade não tem comprometimento o suficiente para cumprir agenda, que organize os atendimentos por ordem de chegada.
Temos trabalho e afazeres, por isso se utiliza uma agenda!
Horrible service! Total disregard for the patient, who pays for the service and stays more than 2h of waiting for care that was scheduled. No one knows how to inform or clarify anything!
If the unit does not have enough commitment to meet schedule, arrange the calls on a first-come, first-served basis.
We have work and chores, so if you use an agenda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida. Tanto no pré agendamento ( pelo whatsapp), na recepção e os técnicos da ressonância, foram muitos gentis. Só não dou 5 estrelas, pois atrasou o atendimento, mas pelo menos uma funcionária simpática nos informou o motivo do atraso. Tirando isso, tudo okay.
I was very well attended. Both in the pre-scheduling (by whatsapp), in the reception and the technicians of the resonance, they were very kind. I just do not give 5 stars, because it delayed the service, but at least one friendly employee informed us the reason for the delay. Other than that, okay.
