★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do Laboratório Sérgio Franco da R. Haddock Lobo. Fica bem cheio pela manhã cedo, mas depois das 09:30 é tranquilo.
I really like the Sérgio Franco da R. Haddock Lobo Laboratory. It gets very full in the early morning, but after 9:30 am it is quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa bastante a desejar com relação às outras filiais. As atendentes estão meio perdidas no sistema, não sabem senha de acesso para liberação de exames no plano de saúde e ficam o tempo todo conversando entre si enquanto tem cliente sendo atendido.
Service leaves a lot to be desired with regard to other affiliates. The attendants are a little lost in the system, they do not know the password to release exams in the health plan and are talking to each other all the time while having a client being treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho sido muito bem até hoje no local. Fiz o teste de Covid q deu positivo e depois uma bateria de exames relacionados a doença. A maioria teve resultado no mesmo dia.
I have been very good at the place until today. I did the Covid test which was positive and then a battery of tests related to the disease. Most had results on the same day.

Mas o tel de central para contacto o serviço é péssimo e até tentam te empurrar outros laboratorios!
The personal service is very good and professional at this unit, especially the receptionist Neusa and the collector Camila.
But the contact center tel, the service is terrible and they even try to push you to other laboratories!
