Merece ser gerente da unidade uma funcionária com tantas boas qualidades e por se esforçar em engordar o bolso da empresa. Parabéns pelo belo atendimento da equipe e em especial a Eglaê!
 The excellent service provided by the employee to Mrs. Eglaê is impressive. I even told her that because of her commitment and dedication I was thinking about spending X and I spent 2X. An employee with so many good qualities deserves to be manager of the unit and for making an effort to fatten the company's pocketbook. Congratulations on the great service from the team and especially to Eglaê!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima tive meu perfil negado até aí tudo bem meu nome limpo cartão de crédito bom dono de 2 CNPJ empresário achei q meu perfil passava p alugar um carro com eles resumindo surpreso por não te alugado a atendente não soube explicar mando ligar no SAC liguei eles tbm não souberam explicar fico indignado não por ter negado mais por não darem um respaldo do porq foi negado disse q o sistema é assim mais queria saber quais requisitos esse sistema usa para analisar perfil direito deles de negar e meu direito de saber porq negou fiquei chateado com essa situação
Terrible I had my profile denied so far, it's ok my name clean credit card good owner of 2 CNPJ businessman I thought my profile was to rent a car with them in short surprised that I didn't rent you the attendant didn't know how to explain I call the customer service I called them too they didn't know how to explain I'm indignant not because I denied it but because they didn't give a backing of why it was denied I said that the system is like that but I wanted to know what requirements this system uses to analyze their profile right to deny it and my right to know why it was denied I was upset with this one situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na chegada é bom, atendente simpática, porém eles demoram muito para entregar o carro, se vc estiver compromisso desmarque antes de ir alugar na unidade de Copacabana, pois já é a Segunda vez que me decepciono.
The service on arrival is good, friendly attendant, but they take a long time to deliver the car, if you have an appointment, unbook it before renting at the Copacabana unit, as this is the second time I've been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente experiência na locação. Aluguei um Argo, muito bom. Atendimento rápido na retirada e entrega. Alerto para os que não têm experiência a nunca entregar o tanque sem combustível. Na última semana fui fazer isso e o valor do combustível lá estava a R$9,90. Claro que fui em um posto e abasteci.
Excellent rental experience. I rented an Argo, very good. Fast service for pick up and delivery. I warn those inexperienced to never deliver the tank without fuel. Last week I went to do this and the price of fuel there was R$9.90. Of course I went to a gas station and filled it up.

The only thing is they asked for extra 60 reais too wash the car which I have never experienced before in a car rental. Besides car was not extra dirty.
We negotiated and they accepted not to charge it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost. Getting keys to the car took about 45 minutes even though there was no one else there. When I returned it I was charged a US $100 fee for a deep cleaning the car rental service said they needed to take the car off site to remove dog hair. I have been charged a standard cleaning fee in the past — which I’m happy to pay — but never a sum that was about the same as the rental fee. If you like walking away feeling ripped off, this is the place for you.
