★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, levei meu Cãozinho Shi Tzu na clínica para cortar as unhas e infelizmente o veterinário cortou a unha no local errado e sangrou muito. Até aí, pode acontecer... Mas o pior foi que ele nem fez curativo nem nada. O tapete do carro ficou todo sujo de sangue ao levar ele pra casa, sangrou ainda no local manchando o piso. Enfim, risco de pegar bactérias e higiene. Não volto mais!!! Corram
Guys, I took my Shi Tzu Dog to the clinic to have his nails cut and unfortunately the vet cut the nail in the wrong place and it bled a lot. Until then, it can happen... But the worst was that he didn't even apply a bandage or anything. The carpet of the car was all smeared with blood when taking it home, it still bled on the spot staining the floor. Anyway, risk of picking up bacteria and hygiene. I won't be back!!! run

E também uma super empatia com a minha gatinha, muita gratidão a dra Mariana, Alex, e Gleisson e Marcos da recepção, incrível o tratamento de todos, nos deixam muito mais calmos e minha gatinha segue melhorando muito. amém ! SUPER INDICO!!
I needed a 24-hour vet and luckily I had excellent care!! Apesar que eu já lhe conheço há 9 anos, por causa da minha outra "filhota peluda" (Yorkshire Terrier). Você sempre foi muito atencioso e muito bom nos procedimentos, também me atende com paciência e profissionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar péssimo. Não recomendo. O doutor me recomendou que eu deixasse meu cachorro internado lá por 1 dia. No dia seguinte, ele me entregou meu cachorro com convulsão e disse para mim que o cachorro tremia por causa de frio, só depois que chamei outra veterinária que descobri que o cachorro tremia de consulsão e não de frio. Me entregou meu cachorro com pedaços de coco seco pelo corpo e fedendo bastante.... pelo jeito acho que esqueceram meu cachorro lá jogado de qualquer jeito na internação. Meu bichinho não teve nenhuma assistência lá. Repugnação a um tipo de profissional e lugar assim. Infelizmente meu bichinho não resistiu.
Bad place. I do not recommend. The doctor recommended that I leave my dog there for 1 day. The next day he handed me my dog with a seizure and told me that the dog was shivering from the cold, it was only after I called another vet that I discovered that the dog was shivering from the seizure and not from the cold. He delivered my dog to me with pieces of dried coconut all over his body and stinking a lot.... by the way I think they forgot my dog there, thrown in the hospital anyway. My pet had no assistance there. Disgust to a professional type and place like that. Unfortunately my pet didn't make it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com minha cachorra e ela estava claramente com dermatite leve. Fui atendido pelo doutor Alex que falou que ela estava com dermatite, estomatite e otite. Deu uma injeção de 170 reais sem nem ao menos solicitar, apenas perguntou se poderia “passar a medicação dela”, achei que fosse a receita médica e na verdade era uma injeção. Além disso, passou cerca de 8 remédios( incluindo antibióticos e corticoides) pra minha cachorra e ainda por cima disse que ela precisaria de uma ultra-sonografia e um hemograma completo. Conclusão, caso eu aceitasse o que ele passou sairia de lá devendo pelo menos 2.000 reais, sendo que minha cachorra estava apenas com uma dermatite por alergia. Tomem cuidado porque parece que todo tipo de exame e remédio ele quer passar pro cachorro, só pra ganhar encima dos bichinhos.
