★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma mesa de 6 lugares, bem cara! O atendimento foi top, óbvio, era uma venda. Chegou o dia da entrega e montagem... tcharam ? ninguém entregou, ninguém ligou pra avisar sobre qualquer atraso ou contratempo, que seria totalmente compreensível, mas não houve interesse em avisar o cliente sobre a entrega não ser realizada na data agendada. Creio que será mais fácil entrar em contato para cancelar, pois quando liguei hoje a tarde só me disseram pra aguardar a entrega dentro do horário comercial.
We bought a table with 6 seats, very expensive! The service was top, obviously, it was a sale. The day of delivery and assembly arrived... bye ? no one delivered, no one called to advise of any delay or mishap, which would be fully understandable, but there was no interest in notifying the customer about the delivery not being made on the scheduled date. I think it will be easier to get in touch to cancel, as when I called this afternoon they just told me to wait for delivery within business hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Estivemos na unidade Lar Center, e a vendedora foi extremamente grossa e irônica, quando passamos a medida da nossa sala para compra de um sofá. Ela falou que esse lugar não deveria ser uma sala já que não tinha medida para um sofá de frente pra TV. Falou que nem devíamos colocar TV lá, que ninguém "assiste de lado". Quando mostramos a foto do local, ainda debochou do gesso 3d que havíamos colocado. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Terrible! We were at the Lar Center unit, and the seller was extremely rude and ironic, when we passed the measurement of our room to buy a sofa. She said that this place shouldn't be a living room since it didn't have the size of a sofa facing the TV. He said that we shouldn't even put TV there, that no one "watches from the side". When we showed the photo of the place, it still made fun of the 3d plaster we had placed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, se reclamar em redes sociais eles bloqueiam, se pedir assistencia demoram 2 meses para pedir numero do pedido e nao resolvem o problema, alem de oferecerem produtos de baixissima qualidade (ao menos cadeiras de jantar)
Too bad, if you complain on social media they block it, if you ask for assistance, it takes 2 months to ask for the order number and they don't solve the problem, in addition to offering very low quality products (at least dining chairs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar das péssimas avaliações aqui, resolvemos comprar o sofá. Vendedor Youssef extremamente atencioso e profissional. O pé do sofá não era da cor que eu queria, mas ele me garantiu que seria entregue da cor solicitada, inclusive ligou para a fábrica na minha frente e falou com o pessoal responsável. Entregue no prazo, porém com o pé errado (da cor que eu não pedi). Ligamos por cerca de uns 2 meses para trocar, o prazo era sempre 1 semana; no fim das contas, desistimos. Hoje, quase 1 ano após a compra, vim até aqui alertar: apesar de o atendimento na loja ser muito bom, não vale a pena a dor de cabeça no pós venda. Meu sofá não tem nem um ano de uso, ninguém consegue sentar no lugar do meio, tem uma madeira que sobressai pq o estofado está péssimo, tecido de péssima qualidade, a impressão que se tem é que compramos um sofá usado.
Não vale a pena, melhor comprar em um lugar confiável. Nem um ano de sofá e vou ter que comprar outro.

Delivered on time, but with the wrong foot (the color I didn't order). We called for about 2 months to change, the deadline was always 1 week; in the end, we gave up. Today, almost 1 year after the purchase, I came here to warn: despite the service in the store being very good, it's not worth the headache in the aftermarket. My sofa has not been used for a year, no one can sit in the middle seat, there is a wood that stands out because the upholstery is terrible, very poor quality fabric, the impression you get is that we bought a used sofa.
It's not worth it, better buy in a reliable place. Not a year on the couch and I'll have to buy another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja que não entrega o que promete, me enrolaram, falaram que iam resolver apenas para eu tirar as reclamações feitas e depois foram grosseiros e não resolveram. A loja te força a comprar, nao deixa vc nem pensar, te promete algo e entregam um sofá horrivel, sem nenhuma personalização de medidas como prometido na venda. O resultado foi um sofa totalmente desigual, feio mesmo com edidas desproporcionais. e quando reclamo falam que é o mesmo na loja. Mas o da loja erá o dobro da medida e a vendedora falou que ia fazer a medida que eu pedi e viria totalmente proporcional e que ficaria certinho em casa.
Não foi isso que aconteceu, no dia que chegou o sofá eu já reclamei e nao fui respondida, me enrolaram por dos meses, me enviaram alguem para analisar o sofa e o rapaz entrou em casa já querendo esvaziar as almofadas, sem nem me dar garantias que ia ficar bom, não mediu o sofa e falou para a loja que é a mesma medida que tem na loja, enfim desonestos, falsos e ainda faz você parecer louca ( como o mesmo falou para o meu marido que eu sou grosseira ) como ser paciente se a loja te fez de idiota e nao resolveu?
Se você precisa de móveis e nao quer ter problema com desonestidade e um produto prometido e entregue igual, não compre nessa loja.
O preço é caro e o produto entregue e o atendimento são horriveis.

The store forces you to buy, doesn't let you even think, promises you something and delivers a horrible sofa, without any customization of measurements as promised in the sale. The result was a totally uneven sofa, ugly even with disproportionate dimensions. and when I complain they say it's the same in the store. But the store's will be double the size and the salesperson said she would make the measure I asked for and it would come fully proportional and that it would be just right at home.
That's not what happened, the day the sofa arrived I already complained and I was not answered, they wrapped me up for months, they sent me someone to analyze the sofa and the boy came home already wanting to empty the pillows, without even giving me guarantees that would be fine, he didn't measure the sofa and told the store that it's the same size as the store, in short, dishonest, fake and still makes you look crazy (as he told my husband that I'm rude) how to be patient if the store made you an idiot and didn't solve it?
If you need furniture and don't want to have a problem with dishonesty and a product promised and delivered equal, don't buy from this store.
The price is expensive and the product delivered and the service are horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa extensível, com 4 cadeiras. Não tive problemas com a entrega, nem com o produto. O que deu problema foi a impermeabilização que a vendedora tanto insistiu para colocar nos estofados das cadeiras. Elas foram entregues sem. Após contato por telefone eles vieram fazer a tal da impermeabilização (que a vendedora falou que tinha na casa dela e estava a mais de 5 anos sem fazer...e aquele blábláblá todo)...enfim...mesmo depois de feito, não durou nem 2 meses...
Até recomendo a loja, mas não caiam nessa de impermeabilizar nada com eles...
I bought an extendable table with 4 chairs. I had no problems with the delivery or the product. What caused the problem was the waterproofing that the saleswoman insisted on putting on the upholstery of the chairs. They were delivered without. After contacting them by phone, they came to do the waterproofing thing (which the saleswoman said she had in her house and had not been done for more than 5 years... and all that blah blah blah)... anyway... even after it was done, It didn't even last 2 months...
I even recommend the store, but don't fall into the idea of waterproofing anything with them...
