â â â â â Fui fazer um ecocardiograma com doppler pelo SUS na clinica CMED, esperei para fazer o exame por 6 horas, quando me chamou para fazer o exame o mĂ©dico terminou em 1 minuto serĂĄ que foi feito corretamente o exame?

â â â â â Nossa o atendimento via wattszap Ă© horrĂvel, fiquei 40 minutos quase 1 hs para atendente me dizer que nĂŁo realiza o exame.
Se no atendimento para agendamento estå assim, imagina o resto. Tudo que começa errado termina errado.
NĂŁo recomendo ???
Wow, the service via wattszap is horrible, I spent 40 minutes almost 1 hs for the attendant to tell me that he doesn't perform the exam.

â â â â â Fui com a minha mĂŁe, senhora de 92 anos cadeirante que estava com consulta marcada, pedi prioridade pela sua idade e fui negado pela supervisora. alegando que todos eram obrigados a aguardar sua vez. TrĂȘs horas depois minha rereclamação ela foi atendida pelo medico. atendimento pĂ©ssimo. Minha mĂŁe saiu desmaiada do consutĂłrio carregada pelos filhos.

â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo, profissionais totalmente despreparados. Uma gritaria e uma desorganização monstruosa. Os pacientes totalmente entregues ao descaso e a prĂłpria sorte.
A realização do exame jå foi um desastre e igualmente na hora da entrega do resultado. Se fosse o proprietårio teria vergonha. Para verificar a veracidade não precisa de um contato telefÎnico, mas, somente estar presente no local e acompanhar todo processo.
Terrible service, totally unprepared professionals. A scream and a monstrous disorganization. Patients totally surrendered to neglect and their own luck.
Taking the exam was already a disaster and also at the time of delivery of the result. If I were the owner I would be ashamed. To verify the veracity you do not need a telephone contact, but just be present on site and follow the entire process.

â â â â â Fui pegar o resultado do exame fiquei numa fila esperando no segundo andar... quando me atenderam me informaram que era no primeiro andar do prĂ©dio ao lado n°180 . Fui pegar o elevador demorou a chegar, quando chegou,desci e me dirigi ao outro prĂ©dio,ao chegar lĂĄ Ă s 16 hs cravada e atendente teve a audĂĄcia de falar pra eu voltar na segunda porque encerrava a entrega as 16 hs.Um absurdo!!! Todos ali conversando e se negaram a me entregar 2 resultado de exames (mama e raio x ) nota zero pra vcs??
I went to get the exam results and I was in a queue waiting on the second floor... when they answered me they informed me that it was on the first floor of the building next door n°180. I went to take the elevator it took a while to arrive, when it arrived, I went down and went to the other building, when I got there at 4 pm, it was stuck and the attendant had the audacity to tell me to come back on Monday because delivery ended at 4 pm. ! Everyone there talking and refused to give me 2 exam results (breast and x-ray) zero for you ??

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento! Funcionarios despreparados e com informaçoes divergentes. Estou aqui em Madureira desde as 09:00 para um exame "marcado" para as 09:40. Ainda nao fiz o exame PAGO!! SUS sendo superado. NĂŁo recomento.e certamente 01 estrela Ă© atĂ© muito! Horrivel!! Indgnação total!! Absurdo!! Pq ainda estou aqui?? Infelizmente nao consigo esse exame em tempo habil, se eu tivesse lido as avaliaçoes deste local, eu nem teria marcado e estar perdendo o meu tempo e perdido 1 consulta e certamente perderei a outra de hoje. Aqui visam dinheiro. Informaçao e atendimento ZERO!! Pior experiencia da vida!! Lamentavel!! Nunca mais!!
Terrible attendance! Unprepared employees and with divergent information. I've been here in Madureira since 09:00 for an exam "scheduled" for 09:40. I haven't taken the PAID exam yet!! SUS being overcome. I don't recommend it. And certainly 01 star is too much! Horrible!! Total outrage!! Absurd!! Why am I still here?? Unfortunately I can't get this exam in a timely manner, if I had read the reviews of this place, I wouldn't even have booked and I would be wasting my time and missed 1 appointment and I will certainly miss the other today. Here they aim for money. ZERO information and service!! Worst experience ever!! Unfortunate!! Never!!

â â â â â ExperiĂȘncia pĂ©ssima, atĂ© o SUS consegui ser mais organizado e competente. O atendimento Ă© ruim desde a marcação por WhatsApp, piora na recepção, uma espera interminĂĄvel para simplesmente pegar seu documento, depois preencher uma ficha, entregar e esperar + mil horas para ser atendido e quando vocĂȘ acha que nĂŁo pode piorar, PIORA, realizei um exame de mamografia no dia 17/2, com resultado somente para 11/03, ledo engano, o exame nĂŁo ficou pronto, com a alegação de estava inconclusivo e NINGUĂM me avisou nem antes e nem depois da data informada, sĂł descobri pq fiquei buscando e um atendente sem nenhuma preparação tentou me enrolar, pedi para falar com um supervisor, ninguĂ©m quis me atender para que eu pudesse ter uma explicação desse descaso e total falta de empatia. Resumo, passei pelos piores momentos da minhas vida, de incerteza e medo pela resultado e a demora, caso houvesse algo de errado comigo e por falta de confiança neste lugar, eu tive que pagar esse exame em outro laboratĂłrio e graças a Deus tive o atendimento de verdade e nĂŁo um desqualificado e que sĂł visa dinheiro.
Bad experience, even the SUS managed to be more organized and competent. The service is bad since the appointment by WhatsApp, it gets worse at the reception, an interminable wait to simply get your document, then fill out a form, deliver and wait + a thousand hours to be answered and when you think it can't get worse, WORSE, I performed a mammography exam on 2/17, with results only for 03/11, a big mistake, the exam was not ready, with the claim that it was inconclusive and NOBODY warned me either before or after the informed date, I only found out because I kept looking and an attendant without any preparation tried to trick me, I asked to speak with a supervisor, no one wanted to answer me so I could have an explanation of this neglect and total lack of empathy. Summary, I went through the worst moments of my life, of uncertainty and fear for the result and the delay, in case there was something wrong with me and due to lack of trust in this place, I had to pay for this exam in another laboratory and thank God I had the service for real and not a disqualified and only for money.

â â â â â SĂł tirei uma estrela porque demorou muito meu atendimento, mas o pessoal do atendimento Ă© muito paciente e educado, local limpo e de fĂĄcil acesso com condução pĂșblica. Minha sugestĂŁo seria marcarem horĂĄrio para os pacientes, pois Ă© perigoso para os que chegam Ă s 6 hs por causa da ordem de chegada.
I only took one star off because it took a long time for my service, but the service staff is very patient and polite, the place is clean and easily accessible with public transport. My suggestion would be to make an appointment for patients, as it is dangerous for those who arrive at 6 am because of the order of arrival.
