No estacionamento, quero destacar o Sr Ronaldo que me recepcionou muito bem, me orientou e me encaminhou para a recepção.
Fui bem atendida também pela funcionária da recepção e também pelas técnicas que fizeram os meus
exames.
Deu pra perceber que trata-se de uma equipe coesa, humana e bem preocupada em acolher e atender bem os usuários do serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que, após ler alguns comentários por aqui, fiquei receosa com o laboratório mas acabei me surpreendendo! O lugar é simples mas bem limpo, como deve ser, e fui muito bem atendida, desde a recepção, técnicos que realizam os exames, auxiliares e médica do ultrassom, todos muito atenciosos. No dia do meu atendimento não estava cheio e fui atendida nos horários agendados, sem atrasos. Por essa minha experiência, bem positiva por sinal, eu recomendo o laboratório e espero que continue assim para todos.
I confess that, after reading some comments here, I was apprehensive about the lab but I ended up being surprised! The place is simple but very clean, as it should be, and I was very well attended, from the reception, technicians who perform the exams, assistants and the ultrasound doctor, all very attentive. On the day of my appointment it was not full and I was attended to at the scheduled times, without delays. Because of my experience, which was very positive by the way, I recommend the laboratory and I hope it stays that way for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar meu relato pra todas as mulheres que sentem medo de fazer o exame histerossalpingografia, assim como eu estava sentindo antes de executar o exame.
Eu fui extremamente bem recebida e acalmada na recepção. E depois no momento de fazer o exame fui muito bem orientada, as meninas que ficam dentro da sala junto, são umas lindas.
O Dr Alexandre não tenho palavras, humano, educado, um exemplo de medicina por amor.
Eu não senti a terrível cólica momento algum, apenas o desconforto de um exame de rotina.
A recepcionista disse pra não me preocupar que iria sair rindo da sala. E foi isso mesmo.
Eu quero dizer pras meninas, vão sem medo, acredite em Deus.. o positivos de vocês irá chegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar o exame de Histerosalpingografia na data 08/04/2022 na unidade de Higienópolis. O atendimento é excelente desde a recepção até a sala do exame, Dr Alexandre junto com a auxiliar Karen super maravilhosos, me deixando tranquila durante o procedimento todo.
O exame é indolor, apenas uma sensação de cólica leve menstrual, totalmente suportável. Pois estava muito nervosa e com medo da dor. O médico vai te distraindo pra ser bem mais tranquilo o processo.
Clínica 10/10.
I went to perform the Hysterosalpingography exam on 04/08/2022 at the Higienópolis unit. The service is excellent from the reception to the exam room, Dr Alexandre along with the assistant Karen are super wonderful, leaving me calm during the entire procedure.
The exam is painless, just a feeling of light menstrual cramps, totally bearable. Because I was very nervous and afraid of pain. The doctor will distract you to make the process much smoother.
Clinic 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acabei de sair do laboratório Crya no bairro de Higienópolis em São Paulo, sei que cada pessoa tem o seu sentir, e como lida com seus processos, mas eu estava com muito medo de fazer esse exame, havia feito em 2017, e foi muito difícil, dolorido, então eu estava com muito medo de passar mal de novo
Nesse laboratório foi pelo meu convênio médico, para agendar foi um pouco difícil, eles pedem para agendar a partir do primeiro dia de sangramento, esperei, quando sangrei no primeiro dia, liguei lá, e a atendendo foi muito atenciosa, e precisavam de uma autorização, ela me ligou em um outro momento já autorizado, e agendamos para hj.
Como a solicitação veio através da minha médica eu segui a conduta dela, e a do laboratório tb que era 2 cp de Dulcolax as 18h ontem, dieta leve e um Feldene sublingual 15’ antes do exame, não precisei apresentar Beta negativo, levei o resultado anterior, chegamos um pouquinho atrasados, mas desde o estacionamento fomos muito bem recebidos, a espera demorou um pouquinho, logo que fui atendida a recepcionista Adriana foi extremamente atenciosa e deve ter percebido meu nervosismo, pq ali ela já conversou comigo, explicou que o médico que iria me atender, era ótimo, e que eu provavelmente não sentiria dor.
Para o exame tinha na sala duas enfermeiras Helena é uma outra moça, muito cuidadosas o técnico de Radiologia e o médico dr Alexandre , que grata surpresa!!!
Todos muito atenciosos, o método utilizado por eles, não é o de pinçamento, eles utilizam uma sonda e um balão, não doeu para colocar, apenas em um momento em que ele injetou o contraste e eu tive que lateralizar um pouquinho doeu, na hora ele parou um pouquinho, me deu um tempo, eles foram conversando, e laudo saiu na hora, enfim laboratório Crya em SP exame desafiador concluído com sucesso!

As the request came through my doctor, I followed her conduct, and that of the laboratory as well, which was 2 cp of Dulcolax at 6 pm yesterday, light diet and a 15' sublingual Feldene before the exam, I didn't have to present negative Beta, I took the result before, we arrived a little late, but from the parking lot we were very well received, the wait took a while, as soon as I was attended to, the receptionist Adriana was extremely attentive and must have noticed my nervousness, because there she already talked to me, explained that the doctor that he would attend to me, it was great, and that I would probably not feel pain.
For the exam, there were two nurses in the room Helena and another girl, the Radiology technician and the doctor Dr Alexandre, very careful, what a pleasant surprise!!!
Everyone was very attentive, the method used by them is not clamping, they use a probe and a balloon, it didn't hurt to put it on, only at a time when he injected the contrast and I had to lateralize a little it hurt, at the time he stopped for a while, gave me some time, they were talking, and the report came out on time, finally Crya laboratory in SP challenging exam successfully completed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui acompanhar a minha companheira em um exame, que estava de jejum há 15h e o exame acabou atrasando uma hora. Por ser um exame complicado explicaram que isso pode acontecer devido às diversas reações dos demais pacientes.
No entanto, a falta de comunicação incomodou muito, nos primeiros trinta minutos de atraso até pensamos que podiam ter passado outras pessoas na frente. Foi só na terceira vez que perguntamos que demos a sorte da enfermeira responsável estar perto da atendente da frente, e aí ela explicou.
Boa parte do problema também certamente é culpa da própria gerência da clínica, que coloca horários muito próximos para um exame complexo, precisam rever isso. Pois sobrecarregam a sua equipe com problemas que poderiam ser evitados.
No mais, correu tudo bem, todos muito educados. A clínica é bem simples, de todas que passamos recentemente a única sem cafezinho e biscoito rsrs Mas a ventilação é boa e tem bastante local pra sentar. Muito lindo o aquário de peixinhos também.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fico indignada como um bom atendimento hoje é raro. As pessoas simplesmente não estão nem aí pra o que você precisa, não fazem um esforço pra fazer o próprio trabalho com um pingo de vontade.
Entrei em contato com a clínica para agendar um exame chamado Histerossalpingografia, e a atendente me pediu para informar o número da carteirinha do convenio, meus documentos e telefone, pedido medico etc. E disse que como se tratava de uma exame que é colhido em determinado ciclo menstrual que eu mandasse no Whatsapp da clinica o dia que meu ciclo se iniciou para poder me dar a data do exame.
Deixei muito claro também que não poderia ter nenhuma intercorrência nesse exame porque precisava retornar para mostrar o mesmo à médica e que a consulta era particular e precisava desse prazo (por isso entrei em contato tão antes).
Hoje entrei em contato com a clínica e a atendente disse simplesmente que não há vagas.. eu expliquei que já havia feito todo o procedimento com a atendente e a mesma disse "sinto muito, mas não temos " simples assim.
Então não falasse que era só mandar mensagem que iria mandar a data.. no mínimo deveria ter falado que não era certeza pra eu poder me preparar.. agora vou ter que recorrer de meios que não precisava para sanar meu prejuízo. Parabéns pela incompetência e falta de profissionalismo.

Today I contacted the clinic and the attendant said simply that there are no vacancies.. I explained that I had already done the whole procedure with the attendant and she said "I'm sorry, but we don't have" simple as that.
So don't say that it was just a message that I would send the date.. at the very least, I should have said that I wasn't sure so I could prepare myself.. now I'm going to have to resort to means I didn't need to remedy my damage. Congratulations on your incompetence and lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje pela manhã na unidade Higienópolis acompanhando minha mãe para a realização de uma radiografia de quadril.
É nossa segunda experiência nessa instituição, no regime particular, o que nos permite livre escolha, sendo a primeira no pré operatório, onde o atendimento foi impecável, rápido, ágil e respeitoso, nos causando uma excelente impressão, o que nos levou a escolhe-los novamente para o segundo exame pós operatório.
Pois no dia de hoje, a técnica Tainá (perguntei à recepcionista o nome dela, pois a mesma ao menos se apresentou), tentou impedir que eu acompanhasse minha mãe, idosa de 75 anos e recém operada de uma prótese total de quadril, na sala de exames, o que na primeira vez aconteceu de forma natural, como deve ser, alegando evitar "aglomerações", o que não se justifica, visto que tanto o corredor como a antessala e sala de exames não tinha absolutamente ninguém, enquanto a recepção seguia lotada, sem distanciamento entre os assentos!
Ela cedeu pois percebeu que eu não abriria mão desse direito, e desde então passou a me ignorar, na hora de subir na mesa de exames se posicionou na minha frente para que eu não tivesse acesso à minha mãe, não me avisou para sair no momento de disparar a máquina (por ser enfermeira, ter conhecimento de protocolos e condutas, me retirei no momento certo), não me chamou ao final do exame para auxiliar a minha mãe e seguiu me ignorando como se eu não estivesse ali!
Lamentável experiência, e totalmente inesperada, em uma instituição acreditada, não haver treinamento e protocolos dos profissionais que lidam com o cliente.
"Profissional" extremamente despreparada e sem educação!
Deveriam rever os conceitos e providenciar uma reciclagem urgente, pois da mesma forma que um bom atendimento conquista um cliente, o mau afasta, e a referida "profissional" se mostrou totalmente fora dos padrões da instituição!

A regrettable and totally unexpected experience, in an accredited institution, that there is no training and protocols for the professionals who deal with the client.
Extremely unprepared and uneducated "professional"!
They should review the concepts and provide urgent recycling, because in the same way that good service wins a customer, the bad one drives away, and the aforementioned "professional" proved to be totally outside the institution's standards!
