Recebi um SMS oferecendo, liguei pro 0800, falei que meu carro era hrv 2018 touring, agendaram a revisão, deixei o carro mostrei os documentos e manual e depois de uma hora e meia recebi uma ligação dizendo que o serviço ficaria em mais de 2 mil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pelo Norberto. Infelizmente toda negociação depende de uma equipe. Na hora da avaliação do meu carro, uma desvalorização absurda. Pagando quase 15k a menos que outras lojas. A empresa precisa ter lucro sim, mas sem acharcar o cliente. Resumindo: preferiram perder tempo pra justificar o pq de achincalhar meu veículo, em vez de fazer uma negociação. Atitude de quem não quer vender. Comprei em outra Honda, pagaram um valor normal, decente. Estou satisfeito e de Honda 0km. Não piso mais nesse lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao fazer a revisão de 30 mil km do HRV da minha mulher , tivemos vários contratempos nessa agencia conforme relato a seguir :
O atendimento foi atencioso como esperado , porem o consultor tentou empurrar vários serviços não necessários . Mas não para por ai . O valor cobrado da revisão estava mais caro do que informado no próprio site da Narita, isso quase passou desapercebido , após contestar , o acerto foi corrigido .
Contudo a situação mais estranha foi o consultor ter condenado a bateria do carro .
Notamos que ao sair da concessionaria a bateria começou a realmente falhar . Muito suspeito pois ela estava em perfeitas condições de uso ate o envio do carro para o revisão !
Resumo , na família , temos 4 carros Honda, esse é o nosso quinto carro Honda e nunca mais vamos nessa concessionaria ! Algo muito estranho aconteceu lá ! Não passou confiança em momento algum ! Perderam definitivamente um cliente fiel !
When doing the review of 30 thousand km of my wife's HRV, we had several setbacks in this agency as reported below:
The service was attentive as expected, however the consultant tried to push several unnecessary services. But does not stop there . The amount charged for the review was more expensive than reported on Narita's own website, this almost went unnoticed, after contesting, the arrangement was corrected.
However, the strangest situation was that the consultant condemned the car battery.
We noticed that when leaving the dealership the battery started to really fail. Very suspicious because it was in perfect condition until the car was sent for service!
Summary, in the family, we have 4 Honda cars, this is our fifth Honda car and we will never go to that dealership again! Something very strange happened there! No confidence at all! Definitely lost a loyal customer!
