Mesmo no fim de semana e no periodo da manhã, vive cheio e o hospital demora media de 30 min somente para fazer a triagem ( saber o que você tem )
Eles não conseguem melhorar o atendimento, e aconselho a quem não quer passar raiva, ir em outro hospital se possível.
Lately the service is very bad.
Even on the weekend and in the morning, it is full and the hospital takes an average of 30 minutes to sort through (knowing what you have)
They fail to improve care, and advise those who do not want to go angry, go to another hospital if possible.

Mas quando precisei de outra pessoa para retirar um exame meu que foi refeito o laudo e não tinha protocolo o lugar estava lotado e eu tentando ligar para avisar que era outra pessoa que iria retirar. Fiquei 5 min em espera para me falarem que não tinha como me atender porque o local estava cheio e pediu para ligar mais tarde. Depois que eu tentei ligar sem chance de ser atendido, a pessoa que estava para receber meu exame disse que a atendente simplesmente saiu para almoçar e largou todos lá numa fila imensa só com um atendente. Isso é um absurdo!!! Todos temos dias que vamos almoçar mais tarde, porque ela não poderia ajudar a diminuir a quantidade de pessoas ou chamar alguém?
Whenever I went it was fast and it is not crowded. But when I needed someone else to remove an exam from me, the report was redone and there was no protocol, the place was packed and I was trying to call to say that it was someone else who was going to remove it. I was waiting for 5 min to tell me that there was no way to help me because the place was full and asked to call later. After I tried to call with no chance of being answered, the person who was about to receive my exam said that the attendant simply went out to lunch and left everyone there in a long line with just one attendant. This is absurd !!! We all have days that we are going to have lunch later, because it could not help to reduce the number of people or to call someone?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humilhante. Meu filho precisou passar no PS clínico e foi atendido pela Dr Gisele a mesma teve a queixa para dor abdominal intensa associada a Diarreia . A mesma após examinar os gânglios que não era está a queixa disse qye ele estava com covid . Falou que não poderia fazer nada. Se quisesse medicação ela daria dramim intramuscular , gostaria de saber se ela faz no filho dela desta forma . Enfim falou que estava cansada tentando limpar o hospital porque meu filho estava sujando o mesmo . Porque ela disse que ele estava com covid .
Humiliating. My son needed to go to the clinical PS and was attended by Dr Gisele, she had the complaint for intense abdominal pain associated with Diarrhea. The same one after examining the ganglia that was not in the complaint said that he had covid. He said he couldn't do anything. If she wanted medication she would give intramuscular dramim, I would like to know if she does it to her son this way. Anyway, she said she was tired trying to clean the hospital because my son was dirtying it. Because she said he had covid.
