★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, na hora de vender é lindo e maravilhoso, porém não entregaram até agora os móveis, e só mentira atrás da outra, que vão entregar e montar e na hora não chegam e ficam na enrolação , uma falta de respeito com os clientes, propaganda enganosa pra vender e nada de cumprir o combinado, desonestidade com o cliente. Péssimo , não indico e nem recomendo , e só falei negativamente da loja por experiência própria. Não comprem!!!!!!
 Bad experience, when it comes to selling it's beautiful and wonderful, but they haven't delivered the furniture so far, and just lie after another, that they will deliver and assemble and at the time they don't arrive and are in the loop, a lack of respect for customers, false advertising to sell and nothing to fulfill the agreement, dishonesty with the customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja não entrega no prazo, comprei o quarto completo no dia 02/04/22, e não recebi os móveis, e falaram que até o dia 06/06, entrega, porém, nem acredito mais, porque falaram que no dia 18/05, era certeza a entrega e não foi realizada.
Fiz o cancelamento da compra, e espero que não nós dê mais dor de cabeça.
Não indico, e não volto a comprar nunca mais.
Store does not deliver on time, I bought the complete room on 04/02/22, and I did not receive the furniture, and they said that until the 06/06th, delivery, however, I can't believe it anymore, because they said that on 05/18 , delivery was certain and was not carried out.
I canceled the purchase, and I hope it doesn't give us more headaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o quarto do meu filho na feira da fiergs em Porto Alegre dia 03/02 e ficaram de realizar a entrega até o final do mês de fevereiro( pelo menos foi isto que o vendedor me disse). Nada de entregarem liguei e me falaram que tinha que esperar o caminhão vir pra Porto Alegre e estava previsto a entrega novo prazo do dia 16 até dia 18/03 e novamente não foi entregue!!! Extremamente decepcionada. Meu filho vai nascer e o quarto não foi entregue, já vou ter pago a segunda prestação do quarto e nada de entregarem a mercadoria… deixei de pagar mais barato na internet porque o vendedor me falou que a entrega era certa naquele dia!!!! NÃOO RECOMENDO! Não responde nas redes sociais, e bloquearam as mensagens no Instagram de tantas reclamações. Se não entregarem vou ligar cancelando o cartão!
I bought my son's room at the fiergs fair in Porto Alegre on 02/03 and they had to deliver until the end of February (at least that's what the seller told me). No delivery, I called and they told me that I had to wait for the truck to come to Porto Alegre and delivery was scheduled again from the 16th to the 18/03th and again it was not delivered!!! Extremely disappointed. My son will be born and the room was not delivered, I will have already paid the second installment of the room and no delivery of the goods… I stopped paying cheaper on the internet because the seller told me that delivery was right that day!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! He doesn't respond on social media, and they blocked the messages on Instagram of so many complaints. If they don't deliver, I'll call canceling the card!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei todos os móveis do quarto da minha bebê em uma feira que eles participaram em Porto Alegre em Fevereiro, prometeram entregar os móveis em até um mês, a poucos dias entregaram parte dos móveis o berço veio todo marcado pois creio que veio roçando no caminhão e o restante do pedido até agora não entregaram.
Ligamos inúmeras vezes prometem entregarem o restante já nos passaram datas e até agora nada. Minha filha nasce agora dia 03/06/2022 e não temos o quarto dela montado.
Pura falta de comprometimento com o cliente, empresa bagunçado e de má índole.
I bought all the furniture in my baby's room at a fair they attended in Porto Alegre in February, they promised to deliver the furniture within a month, a few days later they delivered part of the furniture the crib came all marked because I believe it came rubbing against the truck and the rest of the order so far have not been delivered.
We called numerous times, they promise to deliver the rest, dates have already passed and so far nothing. My daughter is now born on the 03/06/2022 and we don't have her room set up.
Pure lack of commitment to the customer, messy and bad-natured company.

Depois de 2 meses usando a cômoda, ela está com a parte inferior solta de todas as gavetas e estou com problema pra fechar uma das gavetas
They managed to deliver it to me ahead of schedule, and everything went well with the assembly.
After 2 months using the dresser, it has the bottom part of all the drawers loose and I'm having trouble closing one of the drawers

Comprei os móveis do quarto da minha filha na feira de gestantes de brasília. Infelizmente tive o desprazer de contratar com essa empresa.
A previsão pra entregar os produtos seriam de 35 dias, que daria dia 18/04/22.
Depois de reclamar ligaram avisando que entregariam dia 25/04.
Fiquei esperando a entrega e nada! Liguei reclamando novamente. Então me falam que foi falha na comunicação e disseram que entregariam na semana do dia 25, em horário comercial. Se você trabalha durante a semana, infelizmente o problema é seu por depender da ineficiência da empresa.
Findou a semana e reclamei mais uma vez, então marcaram pra entregar dia 05/05. O que aconteceu? Nada de entregar! Liguei hoje (06/05) pra reclamar e falaram que entregariam hoje.
Entregaram? Não mesmo!
Empresas como essa não deveriam existir.
Pedi o estorno dos valores pagos. Falaram que 10 dias úteis enviariam o comprovante do estorno. Até agora nada! A solução será entrar na justiça!
Ahhh no Instagram deles foram bloqueados todos os comentários, pois outras pessoas estão passando pelo mesmo problema.

I bought the furniture for my daughter's room at the maternity fair in Brasilia. Unfortunately I had the misfortune to work with this company.
The forecast to deliver the products would be 35 days, which would be on 04/18/22.
After complaining they called saying they would deliver on 04/25.
I was waiting for delivery and nothing! I called again complaining. Then they tell me it was a communication failure and they said they would deliver the week of the 25th, during business hours. If you work during the week, unfortunately it's your problem because you depend on the company's inefficiency.
The week ended and I complained again, so they scheduled to deliver on 05/05. What happened? Nothing to deliver! I called today (05/06) to complain and they said they would deliver today.
Did they deliver? Not even!
Companies like this shouldn't exist.
I asked for a refund of the amounts paid. They said that 10 business days would send proof of the chargeback. Until now, nothing! The solution will be to go to court!
Ahhh on their Instagram all comments were blocked, because other people are going through the same problem.

Fiz uma compra com vocês na feira da gestante no dia 13/03/2022, aonde eu paguei 2mil e pouco parcelado em 6x. Já irei pagar a terceira parcela, onde o pedido era pra ter chegado entre 30 a 45 dias corridos! Assim conforme está no papel e conforme o vendedor me informou, hoje a noite recebi uma ligação aonde não conseguir atender, logo ligaram para eu esposo Eliseu da Silva Mesquita, informando que o nosso pedido está errado, que terá que voltar em goiana para pegar o pedido correto, sendo que falei hoje mais cedo é a informação que me passaram foi que iriam entregar o pedido amanhã em horário comercial! Fora que já me passaram varias informações aonde nenhuma delas foram cumpridas!
Deixo aqui minha insatisfação com a empresa de vocês, estou prestes a ganhar e até hoje o pedido não chegou, sendo que na hora da venda foi uma alegria total, agora estou literalmente insatisfeita com essa empresa, nunca mais compro nada, muito menos indicar para alguém! Sinceramente se tiver mais caso como o meu a empresa pode fechar as portas porque é muita falta de compromisso com o ciente, ainda mais gestante, uma frustração só!
Se o pedido não chegar até semana que vem, irei atrás dos meus direitos, e informo a vocês que tenho que certeza que iria ganhar na justiça!

I will already pay the third installment, where the order was supposed to arrive between 30 to 45 calendar days! So as it is on paper and as the seller informed me, tonight I received a call that I could not answer, then they called my husband Eliseu da Silva Mesquita, informing that our order is wrong, that he will have to return to Goiás to pick up the correct order, and I said earlier today and the information they gave me was that they would deliver the order tomorrow during business hours! Apart from that I have already passed several information where none of them were fulfilled!
I leave here my dissatisfaction with your company, I am about to win and until today the order has not arrived, and at the time of sale it was a total joy, now I am literally dissatisfied with this company, I never buy anything again, much less recommend it to somebody! Honestly, if you have more cases like mine, the company may close its doors because there is a lot of lack of commitment to the client, even more pregnant, just a frustration!
If the request doesn't arrive until next week, I'll go after my rights, and let you know that I'm sure I would win in court!

Desde o começo tive atraso, a princípio minha entrega e montagem aconteceria em 45 dias o que não aconteceu, quando marcado a entrega com atraso eu recebi uma ligação cancelando por problemas com a transportadora a pessoa me disse que me ligaria novamente pra agendar e isso não aconteceu. Eu liguei, aí por causa da minha indignação marcaram a data. Na montagem que estava acontecendo em abril ( 11) a porta da cômoda veio errada, o montador me
Disse que eles entrariam em contato pra agendar a troca, isso não aconteceu mais uma vez. Eu então liguei e fui orientada que a porta levaria de 15 a 30 dias pra chegar e após essa data me ligariam pra agendar. O prazo passou e adivinhem não me ligaram, eu liguei e enfim foi agendada a troca dia 13/05 no dia 12 as 18 horas recebi uma ligação dizendo que estavam com problemas na transportadora e não conseguiriam cumprir o prazo mais uma vez. Eu demostrei tamanha indignação, gente é um absurdo fazer isso com seus clientes mais pensem vocês estão trabalhando com gestantes. Eu fiquei extremamente nervosa, estou no 9• mês de gestação e passando raiva desnecessária. Enfim, até agora não resolveram minha questão. Hoje já liguei na expedição da loja duas vezes e ninguém resolveu nada ainda, a responsável pela expedição não estava de manhã e nem a tarde e anotaram meu telefone pra me ligar, mais até agora nada.
Pessoal o pós venda da loja é péssimo, sem respeito algum com o cliente. Cliente esse na sua maioria gestantes, que estão tentando organizar as coisas antes do filho chegar.
Espero de verdade finalizar esse assunto, total insatisfação

Today I have called the store dispatch twice and no one has resolved anything yet, the dispatcher was not there in the morning or in the afternoon and they wrote down my phone number to call me, but so far nothing.
Guys the after sales of the store is terrible, no respect for the customer. This customer is mostly pregnant women, who are trying to organize things before the child arrives.
I really hope to finish this matter, total dissatisfaction
