â â â â â PĂ©ssima, voltei de viagem a noite depois de um feriadĂŁo, pq mandaram msg pra mim, confirmando a consulta, peguei dois ĂŽnibus pra ir e quando faltava meia hora antes da consulta me ligaram cancelando, informando que a medica nĂŁo ia, jĂĄ estava na rua da clinica, a clinica nem se deu trabalho de colocar outro medico no lugar, primeira vez que ia na clinica e nunca mais volto lĂĄ, pra mim foi muita falta de comprometimento e responsabilidade da clinica. muito descaso com paciente.

â â â â â Estive hoje , vĂ©spera de feriado com o meu filho, adorei o atendimento. A Dra Ărica foi muito atenciosa e sorridente. A clĂnica muito bem.higienizada e limpa. NĂŁo tenho o que reclamar. Apenas elogiar a competĂȘncia! Apesar de ter Marcado com muita antecedĂȘncia, percebi que muitos pacientes faltaram.

I was there today, the eve of a holiday with my son, I loved the service. Dr Erica was very attentive and smiling. The clinic is very well.sanitized and clean. I have nothing to complain about. â â â â â NĂŁo dou nenhuma estrela para essa clinica e se houvesse uma nota para dar, seria menos zero. Ă impressionante, mas apĂłs começar um tratamento sĂ©rio com a Dra. Ărica (dermatologista do local), nĂŁo consegui me consultar nunca mais apĂłs 4 meses da primeira consulta. Motivo? A Dra. Ărica tem mais imprevistos do que uma ginecologista obstetra (com certeza). Sempre que eu marcava o dia e o horĂĄrio, era informada no dia seguinte, sempre faltando menos de 1h para a consulta, de que a Dra. Ărica teve um IMPREVISTO. SIM ESSA Ă A PALAVRA DE ORDEM, A QUAL A SECRETĂRIA UTILIZAVA PARA DESCULPAR A DRA ĂRICA. TENHO AS MENSAGENS TODAS NO WHATSAPP. HĂĄ mais de 30 anos, desde que possuo convĂȘnio mĂ©dico, nunca vi tanta falta de respeito e comprometimento com o prĂłprio trabalho e com o paciente. JĂĄ fui a vĂĄrias ginecologistas que tambĂ©m eram obstetras, que jamais tiveram tantos IMPREVISTOS como a Dra Ărica (dermatologista). Simplesmente nĂŁo tem tratamento de pele que resista e/ou obtenha sucesso, aos IMPREVISTOS (DESCULPAS ESFARRAPADAS PARA NĂO COMPARECER AO CONSULTĂRIO), dessa 'MĂDICA". UMA GRANDE FALTA DE RESPEITO DEFINI PERFEITAMENTE O ATENDIMENTO DA DRA. ĂRICA.
I don't give this clinic any stars and if there was a rating to give it, it would be minus zero. It's impressive, but after getting serious treatment with Dr. Ărica (local dermatologist), I was never able to see me again after 4 months of the first appointment. Reason? Dr. Erica has more unforeseen events than an obstetrician gynecologist (for sure). Whenever I scheduled the day and time, I was informed the next day, always with less than 1 hour to go before the appointment, that Dr. Erica had an unforeseen event. YES THAT IS THE KEY WORD WHICH THE SECRETARY USED TO EXCUSE DR ERICA. I HAVE ALL MESSAGES ON WHATSAPP. For over 30 years, since I have had a medical plan, I have never seen such a lack of respect and commitment to one's work and to the patient. I've been to several gynecologists who were also obstetricians, who have never had so many UNPREVISIONS as Dr Ărica (dermatologist). There is simply no skin treatment that resists and/or succeeds, to the UNPREDICTABLE EXCUSES (FARMED EXCUSES FOR NOT ATTENDING THE OFFICE) of this 'DOCTOR".
