★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estive com a minha mãe para realizar exames uma falta de organização tremenda. E para piorar uma funcionária com Péssimo humor. Médica com sandálias rasteira sem uso de protocolos. Infelizmente não indico e não farei meus exames neste local.
 Terrible attendance. I was with my mother to carry out exams a tremendous lack of organization. And to make matters worse, an employee in a very bad mood. Doctor with flat sandals without using protocols. Unfortunately I do not recommend and will not take my exams in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naõ se consegue nenhum atendimento para informação de preparo para exames agendados. Os telefones eternamente ocupados. Whatssap as respostas não atendem. Email dá erro. Não sei o que fazer. Um horro!!
There is no service available for information on preparation for scheduled exams. The phones are forever busy. Whatssap the answers do not answer. Email gives error. I do not know what to do. A horror!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tempo de atendimento horrível, demora muito para atender, parece até SUS e não clínica particular. Os funcionários até são educados mas a demora no atendimento supera a qualquer boa educação.
Terrible, horrible service time, takes a long time to attend, it looks like SUS and not a private clinic. The employees are even polite but the delay in service exceeds any good politeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faço meus exames de imagem no Centro de Imagem e sempre tive o melhor atendimento possível: rápido, eficiente e assertivo, excelente para quem precisa de agilidade entre o agendamento e atendimento. Os médicos e demais profissionais da unidade são excelentes e muito gentis, nos deixando sempre à vontade para emitir e receber informações dos exames, sempre de forma bastante profissional. Os resultados, também, sempre recebi na data informada, nunca havendo atrasos. Por ser uma clínica bastante procurada, é recomendado que os exames sejam agendados sempre com bastante antecedência. Essa também é uma clínica que aceita diversos tipos de plano de saúde, sendo excelente para todos os públicos.
I always do my imaging exams at the Image Center and I've always had the best possible service: fast, efficient and assertive, excellent for those who need agility between scheduling and service. The doctors and other professionals at the unit are excellent and very kind, always making us feel free to issue and receive information about the exams, always in a very professional manner. The results, too, I always received on the informed date, and there were never any delays. Because it is a very popular clinic, it is recommended that exams are always scheduled well in advance. This is also a clinic that accepts several types of health insurance, being excellent for all audiences.

Deveriam ter mais pessoas para atender a demanda Fiquei esperando na ura por 10 minutos e quando enfim a atendente me atendeu estava falando com outra pessoa e desligou o telefone para a ura de pesquisa de satisfação mas quando vc dá 0 eles dizem que o número é inválido. Fiz 5 tentativas para marcação e desisti. Enquanto isso gasto meu tempo e créditos a toa
Terrible phone service. They should have more people to meet the demand I was waiting at the ura for 10 minutes and when finally the attendant answered me she was talking to someone else and hung up the phone for the satisfaction survey ura but when you give 0 they say the number is invalid . I made 5 attempts to book and gave up. Meanwhile, I spend my time and credits for nothing

Liguei no dia 14/02 para marcar uma Ultrassonografia para minha filha e fui informado que para fevereiro não teria mais vaga e que a agenda de março só abriria na semana seguinte. Liguei novamente no dia 18 e para minha surpresa já não tinha mais vaga para março e a agenda de março abriu no dia 15, sendo que fui informado que seria só na semana seguinte. Péssimo atendimento.
Terrible attendance. I called on 02/14 to schedule an ultrasound for my daughter and was informed that there would be no more vacancies for February and that the March schedule would only open the following week. I called again on the 18th and to my surprise there was no more vacancy for March and the March schedule opened on the 15th, and I was informed that it would only be the following week. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 1 estrela, mas pra mim seria ZERO. Péssimo atendimento, tanto presencial como telefônico. Prendem o exame após 2 meses da realização do mesmo, dificultando o tratamento dos pacientes, já que nem sempre conseguimos nos dias de hoje marcar uma consulta nesse prazo. Após o prazo só entregam se pagar novamente pela impressão de um exame já impresso e que deveria ser arquivado. Espero nunca mais precisar de qualquer atendimento de lá!
I gave it 1 star, but for me it would be ZERO. Poor customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone. They hold the exam after 2 months of carrying it out, making it difficult to treat patients, as we are not always able to schedule an appointment within that period these days. After the deadline, they will only deliver if you pay again for the printing of an exam already printed and that should be archived. I hope I never need any assistance from there again!
